On October 24, the first plenary session of the 13th Longli County Committee of the Communist Party of China was held.
The meeting elected members of the Standing Committee of the 13th Longli County Committee of the Communist Party of China, Chen Xi, Feng Yixing, Wang Yongli, Yao Yong, Luo Linfu, Yang Guili, Qiu Yi, Tian Gangning, Zhao Zemin, Liu Naiyun, and Ling Huchanghong were elected as standing members of the 13th Longli County Committee of the Communist Party of China, Chen Xi was elected secretary of the county party committee, and Feng Yixing and Wang Yongli were elected deputy secretaries of the county party committee.
