On July 27, the surging news reporter learned from Zhangjiang Science City that at present, the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee and the Shanghai Municipal Government have deliberated and adopted the "14th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Shanghai Zhangjiang Science City", which plans to build Zhangjiang Science City into a master-gathered scientific and technological innovation source, a hard-core-led high-end industrial growth pole, an innovation ecological community of co-governance and sharing, and a vibrant international urban demonstration area by 2025. First, we will respond to the guidance of the Integration Strategy of the Yangtze River Delta and actively build a new pattern of industrial development. For example, in terms of basic scientific research: using the advantages of the leading platform to radiate outward, and cooperating with domestic first-class integrated circuit professional colleges, including Southeast University, in terms of talent exchange, technology research and development, and joint laboratories. In terms of capital investment: the Yangtze River Millet Industry Fund, with a total amount of about 12 billion yuan, has invested in a number of Zhangjiang chip design enterprises; Wuhan Fiberhome Communications and Zhangjiang Hi-Tech have also jointly invested in Zhangjiang 5G RF front-end chip design enterprises.

Second, focus on industrial ecological cultivation, optimize the business environment, and build a world-class industrial cluster. Build a collaborative innovation platform for the technology industry, improve the customer service system of the whole life cycle, and deepen the layout of the high-tech industry chain.

Focus on hard-core industries such as integrated circuits, artificial intelligence, and biomedicine, integrate multiple resources such as capital, technology, talents, upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, and scientific research institutes, and give full play to The innovative leading role of Zhangjiang Hi-Tech in the integration strategy of the Yangtze River Delta. Since the establishment of the "895 Entrepreneurship Camp" in 2015, more than 2300 projects from integrated circuits, biomedicine, intelligent manufacturing, and Internet + have competed for PK on the stage of 895, 306 founders and 895 have taken a journey together, and 60% of the projects have docked to effective upstream and downstream resources of the industry through the platform of 895 and obtained follow-up financing. The fourth is to accelerate the improvement of the integration level of industry and city, and strengthen the development of wisdom empowerment. Give full play to the advantages of industrial carriers, promote the construction of smart parks, and continue to enrich new scenarios of smart parks. Zhangjiang will form a linkage between pilot areas such as jishi park, artificial intelligence island, Zhangjiang Science Gate, and Tianzhi proud son, so as to make a good attempt for the expansion of the whole region.
