The construction of the second phase of the high-end medical device innovation production base is accelerating. The project is located in Zhangjiang Medical Device Industry Base in Zhangjiang Science City, which is committed to becoming a world-class high-end R&D center, manufacturing center, R&D outsourcing and service center for the medical device industry, and a high-end medical device industry cluster with global resource allocation capabilities. The project is located on plot H10-05, with Yongda Road to the north, H10-04 to the west, Lingkong North Road to the east, and Longdong Avenue to the south.
The project covers an area of about 42 acres, with a total construction area of about 79,800 square meters, including 5 general factories and 1 supporting building, with an estimated total investment of more than 600 million yuan, and is currently in progress and is scheduled to be completed in March 2026.
The second phase of the high-end medical device innovation production base focuses on R&D and production, providing flexible and practical R&D and manufacturing space. The project focuses on the production and service functions of medical devices, integrates production, supporting and other functions, and arranges the production workshop, supporting rooms and other functions in the park reasonably and flexibly. Through the spatial organization and environmental design, the functional and image requirements of the industrial park are met, and a new image is created for the urban landscape.
After the completion of the project, it can quickly alleviate the pressure of space development in the park, provide suitable industrial development space for high-quality enterprises, provide space for the development and growth of enterprises in the park, and provide a high-quality production base for Zhangjiang Medical Device Industrial Base.
