After review in accordance with the law, the Nanjing Yuhuatai District People's Procuratorate determined that Xiao Kai knew that the spiders raised were rare and endangered wild animals under national key protection, and still sold them to others, violating the relevant provisions of the law and constituting the crime of illegally selling rare and endangered wild animals. Recently, the Yuhuatai Procuratorate prosecuted the court according to law, and Xiao Kai will face severe punishment by the law.
