On August 26, with the completion of the final concrete pouring of the roof of the underground garage of Building 1, the key construction node of the "One Hospital and One Park" project of China Steel Research Institute undertaken by China Construction Port completed the positive and negative zero clearance, which means that the project has successfully completed the pouring of all single underground structures and started the construction of above-ground structures.
Known as the new landmark of Qingdao's "Houhai", the "One Institute and One Park" project of China Steel Research Institute is composed of the Innovation Research Institute and the Shuangchuang Science and Technology Park, covering an area of 53 acres, including office buildings, hotels, commercial and supporting facilities, and is a key project in Shandong Province and Qingdao City in 2021.
After the completion of the project, the project will rely on the innovation elements and innovative resources of the institute to build a unified material innovation platform with the leading domestic and world advanced level, and become the "innovation hot land" of Qingdao Houhai.

On January 19 this year, during the winter construction period, the builders poured for 5 consecutive hours to complete the first single (Building 8 and the surrounding garage) of the cushion concrete pouring, the first construction task node was carried out smoothly, and the overall image of the project was revealed.
Completed the first concrete pouring of an underground structure. On April 20 this year, Building 6 successfully completed the concrete pouring task of plus or minus zero floor slabs, and also became the first concrete pouring of underground structure completed by the project, and began the construction of single buildings on the ground structure, and the construction of other single buildings was carried out in an orderly manner.
Completed the concrete pouring of the raft foundation of Building 1. On July 29 this year, entering the summer of project construction, the concrete pouring of the raft foundation of Building 1 was completed. At this point, the foundation construction of all the single buildings in the project has been completed. At this time, the construction of the main structure of each building of the project is advancing in an orderly manner, and some buildings have already begun the construction of masonry structures.
