In my opinion, the creative process of actors is a bit like experimentation, that is, we prepare ourselves for the character, and then we arrive on the set, and according to the humidity and temperature of the scene, and the whole atmosphere of the audience, we follow the instructions of the director and conduct an impromptu experiment with the actors on the set.
Oxygen is very important, at the moment I feel that the oxygen is very sufficient, I feel the energy of everyone, at the moment I am more excited, the endorphins and dopamine make me have a kind of instinctive excitement under the light, thank you very much, there is an easter egg in a while, I want to give you a little surprise.
A lot of my own inspiration in the performance comes from my mother, because my mother likes physics very much, she can look at the changes of things rationally and more accurately, and my mother has the vitality and resilience of a Shandong woman, I think every friend of us here has the initial understanding of the world and the inspiration for love, all from our mother, so I would like to thank every mother for the energy and care they bring to us. The job of an actor, in fact, I think it is similar to most other types of work, it is that you need to cast, interview, and find a suitable opportunity through the interview, a bit like a company to find a suitable position, give a staff member, you need to start interviewing. I myself have an interview tip, that is, I once saw a sentence in a magazine, which was also said by an actress, she said: Don't walk into any room weakly.
When I heard these words, I was in awe, don't go into any room weakly, what is this feeling? With my own growth and the passage of time, I know this feeling, maybe when we are in different spaces and different times, to express ourselves and fight for an opportunity that we desire, we have to believe in ourselves without any scruples, all our senses turn on the switch, we also have to believe in every friend present and the friends who participated in this interview, and then adjust our breathing, concentrate on the content of each sentence, and quickly do the chemical experiment I just told you about performance comprehension in our hearts. I think this feeling gives us a positive, very big encouragement.
The casting interview that impressed me recently should be the interview for "Flowers". At that time, it was about an hour and a half drive from the city to the "Flowers" studio, and I took a taxi and read the lines silently. The taxi driver is a relatively kind driver, so I asked, "Master driver, can I silently recite the lines I am going to interview today?" He said, "Yes." "As the car slowly drives from the city to the suburbs, the whole reference flows in different ways, and it feels like jazz, and there is a very relaxed feeling in the air. Arrived at the studio, because the studio is in the suburbs, so everywhere is relatively empty, the driver is very enthusiastic and worried and asked: "Girl, are you sure you want to get off here?" It's a bit empty around here. I said, "Yes." "Then I anxiously carried my bag, my bag, and my audition props to the studio. At this time, after not taking a few steps, the driver master caught up and said, "Girl, you forgot a button on my back seat." Then I saw that the driver had a button neatly placed in his hand, which was a button on my body, and my heart was like being overcharged, and I felt an inexplicable fate and an energy, so I remembered a button of Gong Er of "The Grandmaster", which was held in the palm of my hand and carefully placed in the mezzanine of the bag, for fear of losing it.
After arriving on the set, after two hours of training as an assistant director, I carried my props, the bag, and walked into the Yellow River Road with the assistant director, which was really like the feeling of Min Min entering the city for the first time in the TV series, and then seeing the Yellow River Road for the first time. The audition took place on the second floor of Zhizhen Garden, and then he began to write Minmin's life story on Huanghe Road with Minmin.

There is a moment of life that I want to share, I have a friend who once told me, he said that life may be to live a few moments, I thought about this for a while, and then he explained that it may be that in all the long rivers of life, there are a few moments that you will be very impressed, and you will feel warm and nostalgic when you think of this moment after many years.
The moment shared is also related to Minmin. At that time, it was the first scene of filming Minmin, and in Zhizhenyuan, it was supposed to be filming a celebration event, and then the whole group basically arrived. It was night, the lights of the Yellow River Road were bright, and I felt like a grand firework, and the Zhizhen Garden was shining with golden light, and when I first walked to the gate of the Zhizhen Garden in a Minmin costume, a lot of on-site staff gathered, and at this time there was a very tall and sunglassed man in the crowd who turned around and said, "You are here." ”
At that time, I was incoherent, and I was like, "Uh-huh". There may be a lot of times when you have a vision in your mind, and when it does appear in front of you, you feel, "yes, just do it!" "So I think we still have to encourage ourselves to be brave enough to audition and work hard and fight for the position we want to work in.
Recently, I feel that my life may be composed of different fairy tales, and the set seems to me to be a castle in a fairy tale, which may be different from our reality in that for actors, crossing this line in front of them is the set to real life. Sometimes we go back to reality in costumes and we have a trance, and we can't tell which is real between dreams and reality, but I think this is also the fascinating and interesting thing about actors, who can carve time in different time, space and space.
I'm reminded of a movie, Citizen Kane, that I've watched over and over again in my life, and it's Rosebud that runs through the whole movie. Rosebud is the original wish and desire in everyone's heart, the first flame in our hearts and the first lamp we lit, the first spark in my life, I think it should be a speech, so I am especially grateful to the organizers for giving me this opportunity to return to the starting point of my childhood and stand on the stage for the first time to express myself.
Because I was more introverted (when I was a child), I basically slipped away at the time, and I didn't dare to look up at people, which was basically a state of self.
But it seems that at a certain moment, I found a certain feeling, and I was very confident, and since then it seems that I have fallen in love with speech, and I still think that I have found a key to open a certain door when I was a child, which I think may also be another form of loneliness, that is, I can change the angle and "be lonely in public".
But this kind of "public loneliness", for me, when I was a child, I felt that I saw myself, as for whether I can see "sentient beings" and "see heaven and earth" in the future, this depends on courage and the right time, place and people. I think that yin and yang are one, which is one, and it is also the life and work of the rotating actors.

"We are all masters of the script of our lives"
At this stage, I am basically more accustomed to performance, and I think it should also be a form of comparative art and abstraction that punches in. Like everyone else, I wake up in the morning and need to drink coffee, then cheer up and take transportation to work.
I recently found that during peak hours, or if you make a more planned allocation of your travel time, choosing green travel is really saving a lot of time, taking the subway, then changing to the bus, and then changing to a taxi, in the process, I found that basically saving about an hour and a half every day. For an hour and a half, I feel that we can read a book on the subway, listen to music, and have a self-emptying, sometimes the self-emptying is very important, it reserves energy for us to prepare for the next time, just like a rubber band is tightened, and soon it may lose its elasticity.
Recently, I am also interested in technology, because I have found that technology brings convenience to us in all walks of life and in our clothing, food, housing and transportation, and I may also want to do some video and technology in the future, so that I can understand the world seen by actresses from another perspective.
Recently I had a friend who shared with me that he played a game in which the characters and the plot of each character changed as the story progressed, and the identities could be swapped in the game. You'll find that the different decisions and logical changes made by these characters can change the ending and pace of the story.
Playing this game, I got an inspiration that we are all masters of our life scripts, and we can add more richness and possibilities to our life scripts. Andy Warhol once said, "Everyone has his 15 minutes". Everyone's flowering period is different, "spring goes to spring and comes again, flowers bloom again", everything is a cycle, we can all start again to find a new self.

I've been feeling a little bit lately, I really don't know where I should go and which path I should choose, I feel like I'm walking alone in a very dark forest at night, I can't see which direction or which way to go to keep going. But when the dawn comes, when the first light breaks through the darkness, I believe that each of us will fall in love with the self that set out again.
