It took me 4 months to lose 125 pounds to 100 pounds by myself, an average of more than 6 pounds per month, such a weight loss rate is the envy of many people, because others can't last so long. Many people can't stick to it in the process of losing weight, and they don't know when their weight starts to rebound.
And instead of rebounding, I continued to lose weight in a healthy way, how did I do that?
Losing weight, in fact, is not ascetic-like self-discipline, but life fat loss, integrating some good habits into life, and at the same time quitting life vices, unconsciously improving the body's metabolic level, the body will naturally slowly lose weight, and the probability of rebound will be greatly reduced.

1. Since I was determined to lose weight, I changed the rice bowl at home to a small one, reducing the amount when cooking, and serving a little less when dressing, so that I can unconsciously reduce the amount of food after a meal, the stomach capacity will slowly decrease, and the calorie intake will be controlled.
2. After waking up in the morning, I will drink a glass of warm water to replenish water and awaken the body's metabolism. I eat less breakfast, usually a boiled egg + a glass of milk or soy milk, to open the body's metabolism, to avoid skipping breakfast and causing overeating at lunch or gastrointestinal health. I also prepare an apple, and if I get hungry before lunchtime, I eat an apple to satisfy my hunger, so that the calories are controlled.
3. Every day from 15 o'clock to 16 o'clock in the afternoon, I will set an alarm clock to urge myself to get up and exercise for 30 minutes, and do squats, push-ups, jumping jacks, high leg raises, and burpee jumps, which can activate the body muscles, improve activity metabolism, and help to drop the scale.
4. In order to eat less snacks, I don't put snacks at home, and I no longer buy all kinds of snacks such as spicy strips, biscuits, pork jerky, etc., so that I can't see it and I won't always want to eat it. Put water, tea or black coffee next to the workbench to replenish yourself in time.
5. Most of the time I cook my own dinner, try to eat less dinner, eat less greasy food, and try to be light. I finish dinner earlier before 6 p.m., eating dinner earlier gives the body enough time to digest, and going to bed with a little hunger makes the body burn more calories.
6. In order to go to bed early, I make sure to take a shower before 10 o'clock every day, turn off the computer and TV before 10:30, and do a good job of skin care, so that I can lie down at 11 o'clock.
In order to avoid playing with my phone late at night, I put down my phone when I lie down in bed, which can help me fall asleep faster, ensure the quality and duration of sleep, and have a better state to face busy work and life during the day.
