iPhone16 Pro 频繁死机
It's been a while since Apple released the iPhone 16 series, but this device has some strange problems frequently, and many users have reported that the screen is easy to break, mistouched, etc.
Recently, a large number of users have said that iPhone16 Pro and Max models frequently have abnormal crashes and freezes, and this problem still exists when upgrading iOS 18.0.1 and iOS 18.1 beta versions.
At present, Apple has not responded to the problem, but judging from the internal documents, the problem is most likely caused by the system, and Apple should fix it through system updates in the future.
If your iPhone16 Pro/Max is experiencing a freeze issue, then congratulations, you should have bought a genuine device.
Apple's retention rate is decreasing year after year
Apple's products have always been the champion in value retention, and iPhones that have been used for a few years can still be sold at a good price in the second-hand market, even if they are old devices from four or five years ago, they can still be sold quickly.
However, according to SellCell's latest second-hand price statistics, the retention rate of iPhones has been declining every year in the past five years.
Here's how iPhone models depreciated pre-owned after one year:
SellCell counted the average depreciation rate of iPhone11 to iPhone15 in one year, of which iPhone11 depreciated by an average of 43.8% after one year, which means that the new machine is 5499 yuan, and it can be sold for about 3090 yuan after one year.
Since the iPhone13, the depreciation rate has begun to decrease, and the depreciation rate of last year's iPhone15 device has reached 48.2% after a year, and if you use 5499 (actual 5999) to compare and calculate, it can only be sold for 2848 yuan after a year.
The depreciation rate of the iPhone has become higher, and the main reason why the second-hand is becoming less and less valuable is that the third-party discount is getting bigger and bigger, especially for the iPhone15 model last year, the average discount was one or two thousand.
In recent years, I can also feel that the depreciation rate of second-hand iPhones is getting higher and higher.
For example, the previous iPhone14 Pro 128GB was sold for about 5,500 yuan a year of second-hand, while the iPhone15 Pro was only sold for 4,800 yuan a year of second-hand.
I estimate that the iPhone16 Pro second-hand estimate has also fallen sharply, after all, it has not been released long ago and the third party is engaged in discounts.
