Wuhan University is a key comprehensive university directly under the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, a key university under the national "985 Project" and "211 Project", and one of the first batch of "Double First-Class" universities. In order to actively promote the construction of "double first-class" in the school, according to the development plan and needs of the professional and technical support team of our school in 2025, we are now open to the public to recruit professional and technical support personnel, as follows.
01Recruitment position
In accordance with the principle of "ensuring quality, rather shortage than abuse", the best are selected. It is planned to recruit no more than 24 experimental technicians and no more than 25 other professional and technical personnel such as engineering technology. 02Basic conditions for recruitment
1. Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, adhere to the socialist road, love the cause of higher education, abide by discipline and law, identify with the cultural spirit of Wuhan University, have good professional ethics and comprehensive quality, be physically and mentally healthy, have good conduct, and have a high sense of responsibility and dedication.
2. Have a postgraduate degree, and applicants for experimental technology positions should obtain a doctorate degree; Candidates for other types of professional and technical positions should generally obtain a doctorate degree or a master's degree and have received good professional training and demonstrated strong professional ability during the study stage. Graduated from the unified recruitment and obtained the corresponding degree at all stages of study, with a good educational background and professional background, and excellent academic performance.
3. Doctoral students should be no more than 32 years old (born after January 1, 1993), and master's students should be no more than 28 years old (born after January 1, 1997). Outstanding talents with more than 3 years of experience in the same type of position, or with intermediate or above corresponding professional and technical titles, can be relaxed to 40 years old (born after January 1, 1985) after review.

03Recruitment process
Application
Applicants should register through the online recruitment system (website: http://zp.whu.edu.cn) before 24:00 on November 8, 2024, and other forms of registration will not be accepted.
Eligibility
The school recruitment working group conducts a qualification review according to the recruitment conditions, and candidates who meet the basic conditions and job requirements of recruitment can participate in the comprehensive written examination.
Comprehensive written test
The content of the examination includes vocational ability test, comprehensive ability test, etc., and the comprehensive written test sets a passing score line, and candidates who reach the passing score line of the written test can participate in the professional ability test.
Professional aptitude test
The content of the inspection includes but is not limited to professional knowledge, practical operation ability, etc., and the school recruitment team selects candidates to participate in the comprehensive interview according to a certain percentage.
Comprehensive interview
The school recruitment team conducts a comprehensive interview with the candidates through a certain method and determines the candidates to be hired.
Hired
The school shall publicize the personnel to be hired, and if there is no objection to the publicity, the recruitment procedures shall be handled.
04 Instructions
1. Fresh graduates should apply for the examination with the highest academic qualification (degree) to be obtained, and other applicants should obtain the academic qualifications (degrees) required by the position before registration.
2. In the recruitment system, one-inch standard ID color photos and certification materials for each stage of study must be uploaded as required, and those who have obtained academic degrees in China (including fresh graduates) must upload them to the China Higher Education Student Information Network (Xuexin.com) (website: https://www.chsi.com. . cn/) Application and download of the "Online Verification Report of Student Status of the Ministry of Education"; <境>Those who have obtained academic degrees abroad must upload the Certificate of Foreign Academic Qualifications and Degrees issued by the Service Center for Scholarly Study of the Ministry of Education<境>.
Those who have post-related work experience, professional and technical titles, and professional qualification certificates must upload labor contracts, professional title certificates, professional qualification certificates and other supporting materials.
If the corresponding supporting materials are not uploaded as required, the registration will be deemed invalid.
3. If the number of applicants and the number of people who have passed the qualification examination are less than 3 times the number of the recruitment plan, the recruitment plan will be reduced or cancelled as appropriate.
4. Please log in to the online recruitment system for the results of qualification review and admission ticket; The relevant follow-up information such as assessment arrangements and recruitment results will be released on the website of the Personnel Department of Wuhan University (website: http://rsb.whu.edu.cn), please pay attention to the applicants.
5. When registering, applicants must carefully read the recruitment notice and job requirements, and fill in the relevant information truthfully as required. In the recruitment process, if it is found that the applicant has committed fraud or other violations of discipline and regulations, once verified, the applicant will be disqualified and included in the integrity archive of the school's open recruitment of applicants.
6. In principle, the hired personnel should obtain the corresponding academic degree before July 1, 2025, and go through the entry procedures in accordance with the prescribed procedures within the specified time. Those who fail to apply for employment on time will be deemed to have given up their employment qualifications.
7. Newly hired personnel shall be subject to the employment period system, and during the employment period, their salary, pension insurance, medical treatment, professional titles, job promotions, etc., shall enjoy the same treatment as personnel in the establishment of similar positions. At the expiration of the employment period, the school will assess all personnel, and select those with outstanding work performance and excellent comprehensive assessment according to a certain proportion to transfer to fixed positions.
