In order to thoroughly study, publicize and implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, give full play to the positive role of the staff skills competition in centering on the center and serving the overall situation, and accelerate the construction and reform of the county's industrial worker team, on October 15, the Luquan County Federation of Trade Unions and the Yunnan Luquan Industrial Park Management Committee jointly held the 2024 Luquan Industrial Park "Ingenuity Inheritance and Dream Park" Vocational Skills Competition for Employees.
At the launching ceremony, Zhang Xuexun, member of the party group and executive vice chairman of the county federation of trade unions, delivered a speech and announced the launch of the competition. In the 7 competition projects of electrician, electric welding, gas shielded welding, commercial mixing test, food packaging, solar vacuum tube packaging, garment processing four-line flat-bottom wave, and electric pole steel skeleton forming process, more than 160 participating employees from various enterprises in the park fought bravely and showed their strengths, fully demonstrating the solid theoretical knowledge, exquisite professional skills and the spirit of hard work and hard work of Luquan industrial workers. After the comprehensive evaluation of the review team, the competition produced a total of 6 individual first prizes, 11 second prizes, and 46 third prizes; and 2 first prizes, 2 second prizes, and 4 third prizes.
At the award ceremony, the relevant leaders awarded certificates and bonuses to the winning enterprises and employees.
