Torrential rain struck Singapore
Flooding, flooded roads
At midnight on October 14, heavy rain began to fall in many parts of Singapore.
When I went out on the morning of the 14th, the water was knee-deep, and both buses and cars had to wade through the water.
Roads were flooded in many places across the island.
There was also water in the bus.
Water has accumulated in the Bukit Timah area near King Alber Park, with water levels reaching ankle-highs.
It happened to be Monday again, and the people who went to school and went to work were really going to break.
Singapore's subway has become a water curtain hole.
Visibility is low due to heavy rainfall
The rivers are full
Extremely low visibility due to heavy rain! The weather was gloomy and very dampening.
The rivers are full! You know, it's usually just a small stream of water.
Many netizens were awakened by the thunder in the middle of the night.

Issued by the Public Utilities Board of Singapore
21 warning reminders
The Singapore Public Utilities Department issued a number of alerts on social media from 8:00 am to 9:00 am yesterday, and a total of 21 locations may have sudden flooding conditions, including Bukit Timah, Tanjong Katong, Boon Lay, Joo Chiat, Jalan Ulu Pandan and Xieyang Highway......
Remind everyone to go out and avoid waterlogged roads
At 5pm yesterday, a large tree was uprooted in the lower section of Rieter Road in the direction of Jalan River, and its trunk crossed the sidewalk in front of the HDB flats, making part of the lower section of Rieter Road impassable.
Singapore Civil Defence Force personnel arrived to ensure that no one was trapped under the fallen tree, and many workers were also present to clear the fallen tree with chainsaws.
The clean-up was completed at around 7.15pm yesterday and the lower section of Rieter Road was reopened for use.
Record-breaking rainfall in the west
The temperature plummeted, "autumn in a second"
The heaviest rainfall of 134.8 mm was recorded in the western region of Singapore, equivalent to 80% of the average monthly rainfall in October, which was the first 1% of the largest single-day rainfall recorded since 1978.
Don't say that there is no autumn in Singapore, the temperature dropped to about 23 degrees yesterday, which is really autumn in a second!

And this cute moment! On rainy days, Singapore's hens don't wander around anymore, taking chicks to hide from the rain.
Macaroni guys, did you go out to work today, and when you went to school, you got wet in the heavy rain?
The rain in the afternoon can be regarded as stopping, and the know-it-all prays, don't let it rain again when you get off work in the evening. The life of a worker is really too hard!
Singapore seems to have entered the rainy season early this year, and there will still be rain in the next few days this week! Macaroni must bring rain gear when you go out~
