At the whitening site, the workers applied white lime and stone sulfur mixture in strict accordance with the proportion, focusing on repeated whitening treatment on bark gaps, holes and other parts to ensure that there was no leakage in the process of whitening the trees.
The staff of the Wuda District Public Utilities Development Center said that more than 20 main and secondary roads in the city, such as Pioneer Street, Jiefang Road, Liuyin Avenue and Tuanjie Road, as well as trees on both sides of the Bayinsai River and parks, have been whitened, and the remaining part is expected to be fully completed in mid to late October.
