It is reported that the "Ganghangping 5" is currently the "fourth generation +" self-propelled and self-elevating offshore wind power construction platform with the highest lifting height, the strongest comprehensive lifting capacity and the longest lifting pile leg in China.
The "Ganghangping 5" ship is 135 meters long, 50 meters wide, the maximum operating water depth is more than 70 meters, and the maximum lifting capacity is 1,800 tons.
The platform is the first wind power installation platform equipped with an intelligent ship system in China, which has the functions of route and speed design and optimization, intelligent energy efficiency management and intelligent integration platform, which can realize the comprehensive monitoring and intelligent management of ships.
At the same time, the platform integrates transportation, storage, installation and other functions, which can meet the construction requirements of wind turbines of 26 MW and above, and the installation efficiency of wind turbines is improved by about 20% compared with the previous generation platform.
As an important base of shipbuilding and marine industry in Qingdao and even in China, in recent years, Qingdao West Coast New Area has gathered a number of shipbuilding and marine engineering enterprises such as Haixi Heavy Machinery, Haixi Heavy Industry and Beihai Shipbuilding, focusing on the development of shipbuilding and marine engineering industry. It has successively built the world's largest tonnage "offshore oil factory" P70, the world's largest cylindrical FPSO - "Haikui No. 1", the world's first 100,000-ton large-scale aquaculture ship "Guoxin No. 1" and other high-end marine products, and a large number of "big country heavy weapons" sailed out to the world from here.
