At 8:37 on October 6, with the first 55605 CR400BF-J-0003 Fuxing comprehensive inspection train slowly leaving Ulanqab Station, the inner Mongolia section of Jining to Yuanping High-speed Railway (hereinafter referred to as Jidayuan High-speed Railway) through Datong entered the step-by-step speed test stage.
Different from the general Fuxing train, the CR400BF-J-0003 Fuxing comprehensive detection train is equipped with the latest detection systems such as track geometry, vehicle dynamic response, wheel-rail force, pantograph network, communication signal, etc., which is a high-speed rail "doctor" integrating "high-precision", which can conduct "physical examination" on the equipment and facilities of various systems of high-speed rail, and can accurately measure the technical parameters of railway tracks, roadbeds, bridges, catenaries, communication signals, electric traction power supply and other projects.
The comprehensive test train will take about 11 days to conduct a step-by-step speed test at a speed of 160, 180, 200, 220, 230, 240, 250, 260, 270 and 275 kilometers per hour. During the operation, the testers can collect data such as track geometric dimensions, pantograph-network relationship, field strength coverage and other data through the comprehensive detection of high-precision measuring instruments and advanced data processing technology carried by the train, and diagnose whether they meet the standards in real time, so as to provide a scientific basis for the equipment finishing and refinement during the joint commissioning and joint test, and ensure that the performance of each system of the high-speed rail meets the requirements of opening and operation.
