Today is the 120th anniversary of Mr. Fu Baoshi's birth. Because the author is the author of "Lin Sanzhi's Annals", I pay special attention to Lin Sanzhi and Fu Baoshi, and let's talk about three aspects.
1. Lin Sanzhi made a couplet for Fu Baoshi
In the "Literature Volume · Yearbook" of "The Complete Works of Lin Sanzhi", which has just been published this year, it is recorded that on September 20, 1985, Nanjing held a "meeting to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the death of the famous artist Mr. Fu Baoshi". Twenty thousand miles of dust, I am the third toddler in the art forest. ”
This couplet was provided by Lin Xiaotong, the grandson of Lin San, and at the same time, the author purchased a copy of the "Collection of the 20th Anniversary of the Death of Mr. Fu Baoshi" on the Internet of Confucius Old Books, which was compiled by the Preparatory Committee to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the death of Mr. Fu Baoshi, and held the "Conference to Commemorate the 20th Anniversary of the Death of the Famous Artist Mr. Fu Baoshi" in Nanjing on September 20, 1985. I thought that Lin Lao should participate in this commemorative meeting, but when the author opened the "Memorial Collection", there was no written record of Lin Lao's participation in the meeting, let alone Lin Lao's inscription, but Lin Lao still made an elegy for Fu Baoshi.
Later, Lin Lao's granddaughter Li Bushu also sent me a piece of Lin Lao pencil from Yangzhou to hold Fu Bouldering, Lianyun: "Kankan has been 60 years, and the leader of the painting academy is the first; Vast 20,000 miles, bast shoes alone I am in the third. Judging from the above two combinations, it means that Dean Fu Baoshi ranks first, Vice President Qian Songyan ranks second, and Lin Lao himself ranks third. Bast shoes refer to Lin Laozeng's feet wearing bast shoes and traveling thousands of miles alone.
Later, the author found Lin Lao's pencil writing on a note at the house of Lin San's granddaughter Lin Liqing: "The leader of the painting academy is the first, and Jiangnan art has been in the past for thousands of years." Fu Baoshi is right", and this couplet Lin Lao did not write himself in, highlighting Fu Baoshi's personal artistic achievements.
Recently, I read an article entitled "The People's Artist Passes on the Bouldering, People Miss You", which was published in the Xinhua Daily on September 21, 1985. Here is an excerpt: "Yesterday morning, the 'Commemoration of the 20th Anniversary of the Death of Mr. Fu Baoshi' held at the Nanjing People's Theater opened the prelude to the entire commemorative activities. The commemorative event was hosted by the Provincial People's Government. a number of painters and scholars from all over the country; Mr. Fu Baoshi's former friends, colleagues, students, and relatives; Some teachers and students of Nanjing Normal University and Nanyi, as well as friends from Hong Kong and Japan cultural circles, participated in this activity. In the afternoon, the 'Fu Baoshi Painting Exhibition' opened at the Nanjing Museum. After the conference, the delegates came to the 'Fu Baoshi Memorial Hall', No. 132 Hankou West Road, Nanjing. Comrades in charge of the provinces and cities who attended yesterday's commemorative meeting and the unveiling ceremony of the memorial hall also included Chu Jiang, Hong Peilin, Gong Weizhen, Wang Zhaoquan, and Wo Dingzhu, and well-known figures such as Song Zhiguang, Lin Sanzhi, and Lu Meng. …… (Jiang Ximin) "Judging from this report, Lin Lao still participated in the commemorative activities, and it is a pity that Lin Lao and Fu Bouldering Lian failed to be included in the compilation of the "Memorial Collection".
In January this year, the Xiling Printing Society Publishing House published "Reminiscences of the Book World" (written by Shinichi Nishijima, translated by Hideji Horikawa and Wang Yafeng) by a Japanese friend, and in this book there is a chapter "Pure Artist - Lin Sanzhi", in which the article reads: "In September 1985, on the occasion of the opening of the Fu Baoshi Memorial Hall, Mr. Shanyu and Lin Lao had another happy gathering. ”
Because Xinhua Daily mentioned in the report "People's Artist Biography Boulder, People Miss You" on September 21: "Friends from the Japan cultural circles participated in this event", and this friend of the Japan cultural circles is Mr. Shanyu Aoyama, who and Lin Lao once again gathered at the event to commemorate Fu Baoshi.
Second, Lin Sanzhi wrote a tombstone for Fu Baoshi
On September 29, 1965, Mr. Fu Baoshi, a famous Chinese painter, Jin Shijia, art theorist and art educator, died of cerebral hemorrhage at his home in Nanjing at the age of 62. After Fu Baoshi died, Lin Lao inscribed the "Tomb of Dean Fu Baoshi" and the introduction of Fu Baoshi art in the stele Yin.
On page 42 of Fu Yiyao's book "My Father Fu Baoshi" (Shanghai Lexicographical Publishing House, August 2006), there is an old photograph with a line of text underneath the photo: "We went to sweep the tomb in the second year after my father's death", and on the left side of the photo is the tomb of Mr. Fu, and on the tombstone is engraved a line of official scripts "The Tomb of Dean Fu Baoshi". Among them, the word "tomb" is obscured by flowers. Judging from the style of Lishu, it should be written by Lin Lao. The back of the tombstone (stele yin) is engraved with hundreds of words of official book introduction, neat and strict, simple and heavy, and Lin Lao wrote "Zhang Qian Tablet" and "Yiying Tablet" at that time The style of writing is consistent, and it is also from the hands of Lin Lao. Regarding Lin Lao's inscription of the tombstone for Fu Lao, I once communicated with Mr. Qian Zhenyi, and he said to me: "There is really such a thing, I once collected a 'Fu Baoshi Dean Tomb' written by Lin Lao on rough-edged paper, and later I gave it to Fu Ershi." "Now that Mr. Fu Ershi has passed away, I don't know if Lin Lao's inscription is still in the Fu family.
3. The time when Lin Sanzhi was transferred to the Jiangsu Provincial Academy of Chinese Painting

Huang Hongyi's "Reminiscences of Before and After the Establishment of Jiangsu Provincial Academy of Chinese Painting": "In 1961, the Jiangsu Provincial Bureau of Culture announced the appointment of Qian Songzhe as the vice president. Before and after, the academy accepted a number of new painters: Lin Sanzhi, Fang Huqing, Huang Yanghui, Chen Da, Li Wan, He Lezhi, Jin Zhiyuan, Xu Yi, Li Shan, Li Ya, etc. At this time, the Jiangsu Provincial Academy of Chinese Painting was already a high-level calligraphy and painting art creation and research institution in mainland China that brought together landscape painting, figure painting, flower and bird painting and freehand, gongbi, part-time work with writing and calligraphy and seal carving artists. ”
In March 1960, the Jiangsu Provincial People's Committee approved the formal establishment of the Jiangsu Provincial Academy of Chinese Painting. On March 16, the inaugural meeting of Jiangsu Provincial Academy of Chinese Painting was held at No. 72, Hunan Road, Nanjing, Fu Baoshi was appointed as the president, and Ya Ming was the vice president. On September 15, 1960, Mr. Fu Baoshi, then the president of the Jiangsu Provincial Academy of Chinese Painting, led a group of 13 people from the Jiangsu Provincial Chinese Painting Working Group, which lasted for 3 months in more than a dozen cities in six provinces, traveled 23,000 miles, and returned to Nanjing in mid-December.
Judging from the above two photos and Huang Hongyi's "Reminiscences of the Jiangsu Provincial Academy of Chinese Painting Before and After Its Establishment", it seems that in the winter of 1961, Chen Yusheng (then the deputy secretary general of the Jiangsu Provincial People's Committee) accompanied Lin Sanzhi to report to the Jiangsu Provincial Academy of Chinese Painting.
In the spring of 1962, Lin Sanzhi made a picture of "Minjiang Landscape" in the painting academy. Style: "Painting is taboo sweet and vulgar, this Huang Zi has long shown people a golden needle." The disease of evil may be known to man; The disease of sweetness, people are easy to mistakenly enter, and this stone valley has fallen into it all his life and cannot be understood. In the spring of 1962, San'er wrote in the painting academy. ”
Based on the above analysis, the author believes that "Fu Baoshi" (photo) "1960" and Zhang Pinzhen's "Own Wedding Dress" (photo) "1960" are both in the winter of 1961. secondly, Lin Sanzhi was transferred to the Jiangsu Provincial Academy of Chinese Painting in the winter of 1961; In the spring of 1962, he created this picture of "Minjiang Landscape" in the Academy of Fine Arts (Tibetan Forest Sanzhi Memorial Hall); On January 11, 1963, Lin Sanzhi and his wife moved to a European-style two-story building at No. 117 Zhongyang Road, Nanjing.
