It is reported that the upland rice harvested this time is the result of the first large-scale trial planting in Yanqing District. This year, in order to revitalize land resources and improve production efficiency, Kangzhuang Town actively explored new paths for agricultural development, cleared and ploughed about 110 acres of abandoned cultivated land in Xiaofengying Village, and successfully introduced a new upland rice variety "Hanxiang No. 1" for planting. The high-quality experimental field ushered in the opening of the sickle, exploring a new way for agricultural planting in Yanqing District.

On the same day, the New Era Civilization Practice Gathering in Kangzhuang Town was held simultaneously and lively, with a variety of agricultural products and handicrafts. Tourists can not only taste fresh upland rice, but also buy high-quality agricultural products such as organic vegetables, fruits, and eggs brought by local farmers' cooperatives, fully experiencing the simplicity and richness of the countryside.

In addition, Yanqing District also held an exhibition and promotion meeting of agricultural products of professional farmer cooperatives, where more than 20 professional farmer cooperatives sold high-quality and high-price agricultural products on the spot, and consumers could purchase agricultural products through online live broadcast rooms and on-site observation.
