At the same time, Jieka Robot has obtained the "001" certificate of CR certification for a full range of collaborative robots, becoming the first domestic enterprise whose products meet the requirements of safety and EMC, and at the same time pass the certification of the four major technologies (reliability, information security, functional safety and intelligent level) of the upgraded version of CR certification, and the direction of functional safety has reached the highest level L5.

On the first day of the fair, the booth of Jieka Robot (7.1H E001) held a new product launch conference of JAKA MAX. Li Shunchong, R&D Director of Jieka Robot, pointed out that the JAKA MAX series not only realizes the high-power joint integrated module in the field of larger loads, but also improves the operation accuracy and energy conversion rate of the robot with the support of new communication and drive technology.
"We have applied a new generation of semiconductor silicon carbide technology to its motion system, with EtherCAT high-speed real-time bus, under the condition of ensuring a payload of 40 kg, the operating energy consumption of the robot is reduced by 40%, the control accuracy is improved by 25%, and the assembly and test time is reduced by about 30%." Li Shunchong introduced.

In the view of Zhu Chunxiao, product director of Jieka Robot, collaborative robots have become one of the most important flexible productivity, and if they want to achieve automation, digitalization and intelligence in more industries and fields, in addition to hardware, software and algorithm ecology also need to be continuously innovated. The JAKA K-1 is 1.8 meters tall and has 29 movable joints (excluding hands) and 14 degrees of freedom in both arms, with a repeatability of ± 0.1 mm.
