Overloaded trucks have poor safety performance
Over-long and overweight cargo
It is easy to cause traffic accidents such as rollover and rear-end collision
Like a walking "time bomb"
Overloading of trucks is a serious hazard
But there are always drivers
Collar! Whereas! Walk! Narrow pass!
On the morning of September 21
When the police of the five brigades of the high-speed traffic police of the Zunyi Municipal Public Security Traffic Management Bureau were on duty at the Zunyi East Toll Station, they found that a light steeplechase truck with a valuable C8***5 license plate slowly drove into the toll station, and the goods loaded on the car obviously exceeded the length of the cargo box, which was a great potential safety hazard.
After understanding, the driver Su Moumou was ready to transport goods from Xinpu to Suiyang, and the car was pulled on the aluminum steel frame, he knew that there were certain safety hazards in such an ultra-long loading of goods, but in order to make money, the owner let him load the car, so he took a fluke to pull the goods on the road, but he did not expect to be stopped by the police on duty at the Zunyi East Toll Station.
The police patiently explained to the driver Su and the accompanying cargo owner that according to the law, the load of the motor vehicle shall not exceed the load weight approved on the motor vehicle driving license, and the loading length and width shall not exceed the carriage. The ultra-high and ultra-long load will change the center of gravity of the vehicle, and if the steel frame falls off, it will endanger the traffic safety of other vehicles, which is very easy to cause traffic accidents. Only then did the driver realize the potential risks of driving beyond the limit. Subsequently, in accordance with the provisions of Article 48, Paragraph 1 of the "People's Republic of China Road Traffic Safety Law" and Article 54, Paragraph 1 of the "Regulations for the Implementation of the People's Republic of China Road Traffic Safety Law", the police recorded 1 point on the driver's license of the truck driver and fined 100 yuan in accordance with the law, and required the driver to immediately unload and transfer the goods to eliminate potential safety hazards in a timely manner.
Trucks are over-long and overweight to carry goods
Driving on the road is a "Big Mac"
so
What are the dangers of overloading trucks?
01
Overloading of trucks can easily cause traffic accidents
The overloaded vehicle is in a state of overload operation for a long time, and the safety performance of the vehicle braking and operation is low, resulting in its ability to merge into the lane, avoid obstacles, change lanes, etc., which is easy to cause traffic accidents; In addition, the greater the overload of the vehicle, the lower the actual driving speed, the greater the speed difference between the overloaded vehicle and other vehicles, and the greater the speed difference in the entire traffic flow, the greater the probability of an accident.
02
Overloading of trucks can easily reduce the service life
The overloading of the truck will change the safety technical performance of the vehicle, and the loss of key components will be serious, such as frame deformation, stress point fracture, engine overload, etc., which will greatly shorten the service life of the vehicle. In addition, overloading of trucks can also seriously damage public facilities such as roads and bridges, bringing a catastrophic blow to highway and bridge structures.
03
The probability of casualties from overloading of trucks increases
Compared with other vehicles, trucks are larger vehicles, and the larger the overload of trucks, the greater their total mass, in this case, if the overloaded trucks collide with a vehicle much smaller than their mass, the result will be a significant increase in the risk of injury or death of the people in the smaller vehicle.
Zunyi traffic police reminded

Consciously obey traffic laws
To achieve safe and civilized travel
Don't do it for the sake of momentary gain
