Jiading District Meteorological Science School Alliance
Under the guidance of the Shanghai Meteorological Society, the Jiading District Meteorological Bureau aims to cultivate "National Meteorological Characteristic Schools" and establishes the "Jiading District Meteorological Education School Alliance" based on the foundation of the "Shanghai Meteorological Education School Alliance".
The alliance aims to effectively integrate meteorological education resources at the municipal and district levels, give full play to the advantages of meteorological science popularization bases, continue to promote meteorological science popularization into campuses, popularize meteorological science knowledge among students, stimulate enthusiasm for meteorological education, expand the influence of meteorological education, enhance students' awareness of disaster prevention and mitigation, and cultivate scientific and technological innovation capabilities.
At present, Shanghai Jiading District Ordinary Primary School, Nanyuan Primary School, Yecheng Primary School, Chunshen Primary School, Wangxin Primary School, the Fifth Jiading Experimental School Affiliated to Shanghai Normal University, and Shanghai Song School Jiading Experimental School are willing to join the alliance (the above rankings are in no particular order). On the basis of respect, cooperation and creativity, the alliance welcomes other schools to actively join!

I Jia Meteorological Science Short Video Contest
Let teenagers learn scientific knowledge and feel the spirit of science through creative videos, so as to stimulate their strong interest in meteorological science and improve their meteorological science literacy and disaster prevention ability.

Focusing on the theme of "Improving the Scientific Quality of the Whole People and Jointly Building a Strong Country in Science and Technology" on the National Science Popularization Day, you can select weather phenomena, climate change, meteorological forecasting, meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation and other aspects for creation.
· Video requirements ·
Duration: 4 minutes or less.
Format: MP4 file, size no more than 300M, short video name: school-name-work name.
The work must be the original work of the entrant himself, and no plagiarism or misappropriation of others' works is allowed. If there is an instructor involved in the creation, it must be indicated in the work.
· How to apply ·

"I Jia Meteorology, Thousands of Science Popularization into the Countryside" activity
Combined with the theme of the National Science Popularization Day, the science popularization base will organize a team of meteorological volunteers to vigorously respond to the "Thousands of Towns and Villages Meteorological Science Popularization Tour" activity launched by the China Meteorological Administration, and go into the countryside to give lectures on meteorological science knowledge and on-site stall publicity for the general public.
