I've heard that many wired headphones are of very good quality and sound better than Apple headphones, so I decided to look them up. During shopping, I also went to the store to see what kind of headphones were on offer and took us all home to compare those headphones to Apple's much more expensive EarPods. To test it out, I chose the Rocky theme because it's exactly the kind of elegant and quirky mix that I embody. To establish a benchmark, I first listened to this tune using Apple's EarPods. With EarPods, the sound is balanced, full, and clear, but in my ears, it lacks personality and uniqueness. So how do other headphones perform?
Helium engraved HIK S1
I was impressed with the crisper treble with these headphones compared to the EarPods. I have to admit, though, that their bass is a bit lacking, giving the music a fluctuating feel. Listening to the theme song of "Rocky", I imagined not a scene of boxers running through the streets, but a younger, more lively, ethereal feeling disappeared, and the quality within the vocal range was very balanced. Overall, the Helium HIK S1 has better sound quality than the Apple EarPods.
Seria stereo headphones
To be honest, I have low expectations for this headset, considering the price of more than a hundred on the low end of this headset. I was surprised by this headset, though, because it didn't have the harsh and harsh sound I expected. That being said, the sound is indeed a bit fuzzy and dull, a bit like the music is coming from the next room. Price-wise, I think their quality is also in the middle of the pack. The treble is nice and crisp, but overall there is a dull feel to it. It's like someone in the next room listening to music, but the speakers are very good. These are also uncomfortable for me because they tend to wobbly when worn and feel like they're going to fall out.
Three Coins 高品质耳机
The headphones of the Three Coins are similar to those of the Helium HIK S1, except that the sound is slightly muffled. I think this may be because I bought three coins' bass-type headphones, and the balanced model may have improved the clarity of the sound. For me, it's a bit like it's a close fight. Yes, it does feel a bit expensive to spend the 550, but it's fair to say that the headphones are a good deal compared to the Apple EarPhones, especially when they sound better.
