After learning about this situation during the daily visits, the team formulated a pruning and improvement plan through on-site household inspections, soliciting opinions from various parties, and holding residents' earnest meetings to negotiate, and gathered the team, the community, the property management, the property committee, residents, and professional masters to prune the branches and crowns of the trees in the community and clean them up in time.
