According to Liu Hui, director of the social department of the Zhenyuan County Museum, this "Qin Zhao version" is rectangular, 10.8 cm long, 6.8 cm wide, 0.4 cm thick, and weighs 0.15 kg.

The front of the "Qin Zhao Edition" is made of Qin Xiao Seal, five vertical lines, eight horizontal lines, up and down, left and right structure is neat, Yin script engraved Qin Xiao Seal 40 words, that is, "Twenty-six years of the emperor and the princes of the world, the head of the Qian, the name of the emperor, is the edict of the prime minister, the silk, the law is not one, the apologetic one, are all clear."

The "twenty-sixth year" in the edict refers to 221 B.C., the year of Qin Shi Huang's unification of China and the promulgation of the Edict of Unified Weights and Measures.
