A few days ago, we learned from Chery that the Tiggo 7 series has added a super version to the market, including two models, "Super Elite" and "Super Luxury", with guide prices of 119,800 yuan and 129,800 yuan respectively. From a price perspective, the two new models are the sub-top and top-of-the-line versions of the Tiggo 7 Series, and increase the number of Tiggo 7 models to be available from four to six.

At present, there are no pictures of the Tiggo 7 Super Edition, as a new model, it is expected that the exterior and interior of the car will be basically the same as the models on sale. From the perspective of the configuration of the "Super Version" alone, the Tiggo 7 "Super Elite" and "Super Luxury" can be regarded as low-profile and high-configuration versions, of which the "Super Luxury" compared with the "Super Elite" adds 18-inch rims, front side airbags, openable panoramic sunroof, electric adjustment of the main driver's seat, heated front seats, heated exterior mirrors, etc., and the guide price difference between the two models is 10,000 yuan. However, these two models belong to the sub-top and top-of-the-line versions in the Tiggo 7 series.
In terms of power, the Tiggo 7 Super Edition continues to be equipped with a 1.5T engine with a maximum power of 115 kW and a peak torque of 230 Nm· meters, and the transmission system is matched with a CVT continuously variable transmission.

The Tiggo 7 is positioned as a compact SUV between the Tiggo 5x and the Tiggo 7 PLUS in the Tiggo series, a family of SUVs under the Chery brand. Since the guide price of the Tiggo 7 entry-level version has dropped to below 80,000 yuan, the compact SUVs in the same class with similar pricing include Haval M6, Changan Auchan X5, Sihao X6 and other models. In terms of reference sales, the Tiggo 7 sold a total of 4,581 units in August, ranking 4th among Chery brand SUV models and 27th in the domestic compact SUV sales list that month.
