On September 11, the construction of the West Extension High-speed Railway welcomed new progress. The continuous beam of the West Extension High-speed Railway Inter-Provincial Highway 107 Interchange Bridge constructed by Xicheng Passenger Dedicated Shaanxi Company and constructed by China Railway Third Bureau was successfully rotated to achieve precise docking in the air and lay a solid foundation for the follow-up project construction.
The West Extension High-speed Railway Inter-Provincial Highway 107 Interchange Bridge is located in Yanliang District, Xi'an City, with a total length of 4110.53 meters, and the bridge of the rotating body adopts the T-structure continuous beam design, with a total length of 97.5 meters and a beam width of 12.6 meters. Because the turning position crosses the salt-copper railway, the frequency of passing is high, the construction is difficult, and the safety risk is high. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the rotary construction, the project team adopted the construction method of "build first and then turn". The pouring of the beams was completed in the parallel railway direction on the side of the salty copper railway. Subsequently, the preset rotation system was used to rotate the built beam body 45° in the counterclockwise direction within the specified time to accurately reach the design position and realize the precise docking in the air.
