In order to increase the emergency self-rescue knowledge of all teachers and students in riot and terrorism prevention, improve the school's emergency response and handling ability, cultivate students' emergency behavior habits that will benefit them for life, and effectively improve the school's emergency organization and management level, on the morning of September 9, Jiaoxian Primary School organized all teachers, students and staff to carry out an anti-riot and anti-terrorism emergency evacuation drill. Chu Zhichao, vice principal of the school's rule of law and police officer of Binhai New Area Police Station, came to the school to guide the drill and delivered a speech under the national flag.
Actual combat drills
Officer Chu first came to the school security office, and the school leaders in charge of the study and revision of the drill plan, and put forward suggestions for some aspects of the plan, so that the drill plan is more mature and perfect.
Then, Officer Chu instructed the school's emergency youth commandos and security comrades how to calmly and skillfully protect teachers and students after an emergency occurred, and how to use a few tricks to respond wisely to the enemy, protect the safety of teachers and students' lives and property, and minimize the harm to teachers and students.

At the conclusion stage of the exercise, Officer Chu pointed out that the methods of violent terrorist attacks were extremely cruel and the impact was extremely huge, citing the September 11 incident in United States and the violent terrorist attacks in Paris, France in 2015. In the face of terrorist incidents and terrorist activities, we should always enhance our awareness of security and danger, and adhere to the principle of "safety first, prevention first". Learn the skills to avoid risks at critical moments and get out smartly.
