What made Mr. Zeng even more disappointed was that the Great Wall manufacturer changed its attitude the next day, saying that this kind of rust was normal and not a problem with the quality of the vehicle.
The 4S shop also followed the manufacturer's treatment attitude, saying that the rusty parts can be sanded with sandpaper.
But grinding does not solve the rust problem, and Mr. Tsang disagrees with this solution.
When we asked Mr. Zeng about his appeal, Mr. Zeng hoped that the vehicle could be properly repaired, so that the rust problem could be solved and the vehicle could be restored to its normal condition. It is best to have a lifetime warranty on the rust problem of this part.
As for the demand for return of the car under this premise, Mr. Tsang also understands that this may not be easy to achieve.
In fact, from the perspective of the quality standards of the automotive industry, it is difficult to simply classify the large area of rust on the internal frame of the instrument panel as a normal phenomenon.
It is understood that automobiles, as bulk consumer goods, should not appear obvious rust within 10 years.
It is hoped that the Great Wall manufacturers and 4S stores will pay attention to Mr. Zeng's vehicle rust problem and find out the real cause of the rust, rather than simply attributing it to a normal phenomenon.
