It is planned to build 6 buildings, including 5 residential buildings and 1 public supporting building, with a total construction area of 86,182 square meters. 6 residential buildings are planned to be built on plot KCPL2024-2 in the northern Shanshui New Town area of Panlong District, with a total construction area of 91,125 square meters.

According to public information, the urban village reconstruction project in Zhaozong District, Wuhua District can be traced back to 2008, when the urban villages of Zhaozong and small villages were included in the list of urban reform projects in Kunming. The project started the first relocation in September 2020 and completed the acquisition and storage of 226 acres of land.
On March 7 this year, the mobilization meeting for the relocation of the urban village reconstruction project in Zhaozong District, Wuhua District, Kunming City was held, announcing the resumption of the project. It is reported that under the scientific coordination and active declaration of the Wuhua District Party Committee and the District Government, the urban village reconstruction project in Zhaozong Area has received special loan support from the national urban village transformation. The project was approved by the development and reform department on January 16, 2024, and the project scope covers a total of about 1,292 acres of Zhaozong Village, Zhaozong Village, Yilu Village, and Hedi Village, with a total demolition volume of about 656,000 square meters, and an estimated total investment of about 4.876 billion yuan.
