Cui Yi: Retired teacher of A Rongqi No. 2 Middle School
This photo was taken in June 2019, when two classmates who were working in other places returned to their hometowns, and the teachers and students got together and had a great conversation. They are just a few of my peaches and plums in the world.
In the spring and autumn of the past 30 years, with the blackboard as the boat, the chalk as the oar, and the love as the sail, the picture of swimming in the ocean of knowledge with the children has returned to the eyes.
Education is not only the imparting of knowledge, but also the collision and enlightenment of the soul. I listen to the voice of every dream with my heart and water every growing seedling with love. In the laughter of the children, I found the happiness and value of my profession; I'm very happy with their progress.
Now that I have my sideburns, my love and dedication to education are as hot as when I first stepped onto the podium. The photo was taken on 26 June 2021 with my classmates from the former Year 9 (13) class of Allen Middle School, who are now in their first year.
This is my 7th Teacher's Day, and as I expected, my faith is still alive and my pride is still alive.
Looking back on the past, each of my children was as lovely as I imagined, and I once wrote them into poems, taking them to wake up spring in the free world of literature, laughing at the green of midsummer, leaning over to roll up the yellowish autumn leaves, and holding the crystal snow in the palm of my hand.
In my eyes, every child's thoughts deserve to be respected, and every child's inspiration deserves to be collected. The children in the photo are elementary school students in the class of 2018, and when I took this set of photos, I stopped teaching them due to physical reasons, but whenever they saw me on the playground of the schoolyard, they would "catch" and take pictures non-stop, and sometimes I was even squeezed out of the camera. Now that they are in the first year of junior high school, there are no more small eyes on my "playground" that they are looking for, and my heart is empty. Dear students, the teacher hopes that my flowers will become flowers and my trees will become trees......

I graduated from Ah Rongqi No. 1 Middle School in 2015, and after four years of normal student education, I was fortunate to return to my alma mater in 2019 to become a class teacher and Chinese teacher.
In the past few years since I returned to my alma mater, I know that self-growth is not only the accumulation of knowledge, but also the deep understanding and care for students. I try to build emotions with students, resonate with them, enter their inner world, exchange trust with sincerity, and touch the soul with understanding.
In the education of love, I realized that every student is unique, and I began to water it with my heart and wait for the flowers to bloom. In July 2012, I graduated from Inner Mongolia Normal University majoring in English education, and started working in September 2012. Since I started teaching, I have always adhered to the front line of teaching, and have been rated as an excellent teacher, an expert in primary school English teaching, a leader in primary school English subjects, an outstanding party member, and an outstanding party worker. My class has won the title of advanced class. Currently, I am working as a class teacher and homeroom teacher for grades 5 and 6 at the school.

After graduating in 2014, I became a glorious people's teacher, and I have been teaching for ten years. To be a competent teacher, you have to look up to the stars and keep your feet on the ground. I always ask myself to be a teacher with warmth and feelings, walk on the road of education with the original intention of "holding a heart, not taking half a straw", warm students with love, and tolerate students with sincerity.

Wang Xiaoli: Principal of A Rongqi No. 2 Kindergarten
This photo was taken in 2013 and the children in this photo are the middle class babies I took with me at the time, and they are now in high school. Most of the children excelled in all aspects of the school. After more than ten years, every time I see me, I will affectionately call "Teacher Xiaoli" and send them affectionate hugs.
He has been teaching for 32 years, and every day is dedicated to early childhood education. In my eyes, every child is a new hope, and every interaction with them makes me feel the happiness and fulfillment of my career. From teaching them how to dress and eat, to instructing them to play and learn, every detail is full of challenges and fun. The children have improved little by little under my education, and I am very happy to be able to create a better environment for them to grow up.
