MTR Corporation (00066) announced that Mr. Lam Sai Hung, Permanent Secretary (Works) of the Development Bureau, retired from 8 October 2021 and is no longer a non-executive director of the Company. Mr. Lam is also no longer a member of the Engineering Committee and a member of the Risk Committee of the Company with effect from the same date;
And Mr. Lau Chun Kit became a non-executive Director of the Company while becoming the Permanent Secretary (Works) of the Development Bureau with effect from 8 October 2021. Mr. Liu has also become a member of the Engineering Committee and a member of the Risk Committee of the Company since the same date.
