Wahaha said that the above report was seriously untrue, which caused great damage to the reputation of the Federation Committee of Trade Unions of Hangzhou Wahaha Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Trade Union").
Wahaha said that the trade union has never heard of the relevant information of the "Wahaha Rights Protection Committee", and the trade union has not received any information about the lawsuit filed by the so-called "Wahaha Rights Protection Committee".
According to the trade union, the internal share repurchase of the employee stock ownership association of Hangzhou Wahaha Group Co., Ltd. was approved by the plenary resolution of the member congress, and the relevant agreement was voluntarily signed by the members of the stock holding association, which was legal and valid, and there was no harm to the members of the stock holding association.
In response to the issue of equity transfer of Xiaoshan Shunfa, according to the understanding of the trade union, it is a normal shareholder change of Xiaoshan Shunfa, and the equity transfer is legal and valid, in line with relevant laws and regulations, and has been reviewed and confirmed by the industrial and commercial department, and there is no special reason for speculation from the outside world. Wahaha said that the current management and work order of the union are normal.

At present, in the shareholding structure of Hongsheng Beverage Group, Hengfeng Trading Co., Ltd. accounts for 98%, and Zhejiang Hengfeng Investment Co., Ltd. accounts for 2%.
