On September 6, China Land Network released the list of the third batch of plots to be transferred in Nanhai District, Foshan City in 2024, with a total of 4 residential lands with a total land area of more than 246,000 square meters, which will be transferred before December 6 this year at the latest.

Preparations for expropriation and demolition have begun
A few days ago, the website of the Nanhai District Government successively issued the "Announcement on the Scope of Expropriation of Houses on State-owned Land in Guicheng Street City Square" and the "Compensation Plan for Expropriation of Houses on State-owned Land in Guicheng Street City Square Plot (Draft for Comments)".
The announcement specifically pointed out that the project will be expropriated for the construction of the city square plot and related public service facilities in Guicheng Street. According to the compensation plan, the replacement property is located in Block 24 of Fufeng Plaza.
On August 28, the Guangdong Provincial Public Resources Trading Platform released the "Guicheng Street City Square Demolition Project Bidding Plan", which shows that the city square plot is located on the east side of Guilan Road and the north side of Guiping Road, with a land area of 74,820.7 square meters.

In June this year, the website of the Nanhai District Government released the "Regulatory Detailed Plan for the Preparation Unit of Nanhai District, Foshan City NH-A-01-08 (Guicheng Street City Square Area) (Revised in 2024)", disclosing the latest planning of the project site.
The project plot is planned as a second-class residential land, with a land area of 46,224 square meters, a plot ratio of 2.4, a building area of 110938 square meters, and a building height limit of 150 meters.

The "six acres around" lot on the west side of Guilan Road on the north side of Jihua Road, Guicheng Street, with a land area of 55,911 square meters and a plot ratio of ≤ 2.8, is the "six acres around" reconstruction plot of Shiken from the perspective of location.

Among them, the "six acres around" plot in Guicheng Shiken was adjusted to only consist of residential land, park green space and road land, including 56,045.68 square meters of new second-class residential land.
At the same time, according to the plan, Foshan Metro Line 4 under construction and Foshan Metro Line 6 under construction will also have a Shiken Station transfer station at the junction of Jihua Road and Guilan Road near the parcel.
