2. Recruitment procedures

The test adopts a combination of written test and interview, with a full score of 100 points each, of which the ratio of written test score and interview score to total score is 5:5.

3. Interview

(2) Interview content: refer to the structured interview method, with a full score of 100 points. It mainly assesses the candidates' ability to comprehensively analyze, logical thinking, organization and coordination, interpersonal communication, language expression, demeanor, on-the-spot response and solve practical problems.
(3) Correction coefficient: If the same position is interviewed in different groups, the correction coefficient shall be introduced to calculate the final score of the interview with reference to the corresponding standards for civil servant interviews. Correction coefficient = average score of all candidates for the same position / average score of the interview panel to which the candidate belongs. Final interview score = individual's original interview score × correction coefficient of the candidate's interview panel. The correction factor of the examination room is kept to 7 decimal places, and the 8th digit is rounded. When calculating the correction coefficient, the abnormal data of the interview score (less than 40 points or higher than 90 points) should be removed, so as not to affect the fairness and validity of the correction coefficient.

Comprehensive total score = written test score ×50% + interview score ×50%.

The vacancies caused by the failure of the physical examination and the waiver of the physical examination shall be supplemented once according to the relevant procedures according to the research and consent of the leading group of the district's open recruitment of community full-time grid members.
(2) Investigation

4. Employment and treatment
After the expiration of the publicity period, the corresponding employment procedures shall be uniformly handled in accordance with the relevant regulations, and the relevant units of the town and street where the specific employment is employed shall sign a labor contract with the full-time grid member of the community, and the term of the labor contract shall be three years. The probationary period for full-time community grid members is 3 months, and if the probationary period expires, those who fail to pass the assessment shall be dismissed.
