Guangzhou Jinhua Food Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise integrating food research and development, design, production and sales, and plans to build Jinhua Food Headquarters project in Huadu. As of the end of June this year, the frame structure of the project has been capped and entered the final stage of the decoration project, but the gas and permanent water of the project have not been connected when the completion acceptance is handled.

At present, Huadu has formulated the "Implementation Rules for the "One-Window Acceptance" of Examination and Approval Service Matters for Industrial Land Projects in Huadu District" and the "Implementation Rules for the Whole Process Agency Service for Major Projects in Huadu District", which centrally accepts all kinds of examination and approval services in the whole process of preparation for industrial land projects, so as to realize the "only one door" and "efficient completion of one thing" for service enterprises. Carry out "one-to-one" free agency for major projects, assist enterprises in completing various approval procedures involved in the process of project construction application and solve problems in the process of project landing and construction, and comprehensively improve the efficiency of approval services and business environment experience. Six projects, including the high-efficiency photovoltaic module project of Gaojing Solar and the granite mine project for construction in Chengxi Quarry, carried out the "Five Certificates Joint Office", and started construction as soon as the land was acquired.
