Article 291-2 of the Criminal Law: [Crime of Throwing Objects from a High Altitude] Anyone who throws objects from a building or other high altitude, and the circumstances are serious, is to be sentenced to up to one year imprisonment, short-term detention or controlled release, and/or a fine.
