How to wake up this sleeping land?
Bengbu's "first step" is to adjust the layout of traditional industries.
"For Bengbu, towards high-quality development, the delisting of traditional industries into the park is a must-answer question. Whether it is for urban development or to achieve high-quality development, it is imperative to delist and enter the park. The person in charge of the Bengbu Economic and Information Bureau said.
In 2022, Bengbu City will basically complete the delisting and enter the park, and relocate the traditional enterprises with high energy consumption and certain pollution in the old industrial area to the professional park, so as to realize the "cage for birds".

A few years ago, Kyushu Yunjian, headquartered in Beijing, decided to build its own engine assembly base and test base, after visiting many provinces and cities across the country, Bengbu, surrounded by mountains and rivers, and diverse terrain entered the sight of Kyushu Yunjian.
In the process of communicating with the government of Yuhui District, Bengbu City, through field investigations, Kyushu Yunjian found a natural test site in the area of Dahongshan Forest Farm in Yuhui District, which was originally an abandoned mine, surrounded by mountains on three sides and open on one side, and the geographical environment is very suitable for building a rocket engine test bench.
In addition, the beautiful mountains and rivers of the forest farm after ecological regreening are very consistent with the concept of aerospace environmental protection development. So the two sides hit it off, and Anhui Kyushu Yunjian Aerospace Technology Co., Ltd. was formally established in Bengbu, becoming the first commercial aerospace enterprise in Bengbu.
"For enterprises, Bengbu has a good platform for development. For Bengbu, we have also found a good direction for industrial development, allowing the old industrial base to embark on the road of scientific and technological innovation and growth. Sparks burn the prairie fire
On June 23, at the Jiuquan Dongfeng launch site, the mainland's first 10km flight-recovery test was a complete success. At the same moment, thousands of miles away in Anhui Jiuzhou Yunjian Aerospace Technology Co., Ltd., people cheered.
"The three Longyun liquid oxygen methane engines used in this test are standardized assembly and testing of the engine and parts in Bengbu." Xing Bin, deputy general manager of Anhui Kyushu Yunjian Aerospace Technology Co., Ltd., said proudly.
From the delivery of the first 10-ton Lingyun engine at the end of 2021 to the 70-ton jump today, Kyushu Yunjian has gradually formed a rocket engine manufacturing base centered on the Bengbu area and integrating R&D, production, testing and delivery functions, and has grown into a leading enterprise in the field of commercial aerospace power.
With the "leading enterprises", Bengbu has greater "ambitions".
It has scientific research resources such as 40 and 41 institutes of CETC, and has a special test site for rocket engines in Dahongshan, and 12 universities and vocational education institutions can provide professional talents in enterprise management, numerical control, machining and other fields for the commercial aerospace industry...... These advantages allow Bengbu to seize the opportunity in the new track of the commercial aerospace industry.
Therefore, through in-depth cooperation with the Shanghai Academy of Aerospace Technology, Bengbu has compiled and completed the development plan of Bengbu's commercial aerospace industry, and clarified the "1+4+N" development program on the basis of anchoring reusable rocket engines, space-grade key materials, power system sharing testing services and other subdivisions, and striving to build the commercial aerospace industry into one of the pillar industries in Bengbu in 10 to 15 years.

Dream of the stars
From a cluster of sparks to a city full of stars, the future of Bengbu's commercial aerospace is becoming clearer.
Now, Bengbu has gathered a number of industry backbone enterprises such as Kyushu Cloud Arrow, Lingkong Tianxing, Galaxy Power, and Deep Blue Aerospace. From "Chang'e" to the moon to "Shenzhou" to the sky, and then to the "Heavenly Palace", there are traces of "Made in Bengbu".
In order to gather more aerospace information projects, Bengbu is building a Bengbu commercial aerospace industrial park covering an area of 1,000 acres. It includes a rocket engine production base, a commercial aerospace electronic parts base, a new material production base and a science and technology innovation center.
"Different from other industrial parks, the commercial aerospace industrial park allows the settled enterprises to participate in the design during the construction, and customizes the construction of factories according to the needs of enterprises." Ma Fenggang, the person in charge of the construction of the industrial park, said.
Today, Bengbu has attracted 11 commercial aerospace companies to settle in the new park, "now waiting to settle in the new industrial park, when the production workshop will be expanded several times, and the enterprise will also usher in leapfrog development." Fan Zhijie, director of the heat protection business department of Lingkong Technology, said.
Industrial development is also inseparable from financial support, especially the commercial aerospace industry.
It is expected that the total scale of the fund jungle will exceed 40 billion yuan this year, injecting "living water from the source" into the development of the commercial aerospace industry and helping emerging enterprises to "take root".
A "recyclable rocket capital" and a major town in the commercial aerospace industry is coming to us.
