Bacheng: A Jiangnan water town style

This place is called Ba City, it is said that after the success of Dayu's water control, he was named after the king of Ba here.

Archaeological excavations at the site of Bacheng Qiudun have found a large number of carbonized rice grains, indicating that rice was cultivated in the eastern part of the Taihu Lake basin more than 6,000 years ago. In 514 B.C., in order to defend the capital city of Suzhou, Wu took today's Yangcheng Lake area as a barrier, and built 12 cities such as Bacheng, Wucheng, Donglin City, and Pheasant City on the east, south and north sides of the lake, among them, Bacheng and Pheasant City are all in today's Bacheng area. It's a pity that they unfortunately sank to the bottom of the water during the formation of Yangcheng Lake, so the story of the Spring and Autumn Festival of that year is still sealed in the lake.

The current Bacheng ancient town area was mainly built in the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty (1875-1908). Walking along Henan Street, you will be faced with the antique covered bridge lying on the water lane, with eaves and corners, sheltering from the wind and rain, on both sides are steps for pedestrians to go up and down, and in the middle is a flat slope that is convenient for traffic. When we stand on the bridge and look at the scenery, we can immediately appreciate the taste of the water town. The old houses on both sides of the river are built near the river, facing the street and pillow the river, the pink walls and tiles, the stone bank is mottled, the wooden grille flower windows, the rows are one after another, the water color is clear, the blue waves are rippling, and the waterfront houses are scattered and scattered, just like a natural ink painting, which is moving and fascinating.

The gentle rhyme of the source of Kunqu Opera

According to reports, this is the birthplace of Kunqu Opera, the world's intangible cultural heritage "Ancestor of Hundred Operas", Kunqu Opera, also known as "Kun Dialect", "Kunshan Dialect", "Water Mill Chamber" and "Kunqu Opera", originated in Kunshan, originated from Bacheng, and is a representative of Chinese classical opera. In 2001, it was named one of the first "Masterpieces of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity" by UNESCO, and has become an outstanding cultural treasure of all mankind.

We entered from the left side of the archway of Bacheng Old Street, and what caught our eyes was the Kunqu Opera Corridor with winding paths. A roll of danqing, whose love has it disturbed? Acacia song, who complains about the amorous eyes? "The blue clouds, the yellow flowers, the west wind is tight, the northern geese fly south, who is drunk with frost and forest? Always away from tears. "It's just that because of lovesickness and mutual concern, there is an afterglow of singing endless songs and people scattering, hoping not to penetrate the entanglement of fate and extinction, and not to see the ethereal spirit of the lens flowers. The red dust is long, as if pushing open the thick historical Zhumen, turning the twists and turns of the corridor, and telling the story of the past and present life of Kunqu Opera. People are in the flowers, listening to the throat of the warbler, the heart is comfortable and the willows are fine, and the pace is slow and the wind is soft.

In addition to the tactful melody of curbing the clouds and surrounding the beams, it should be the statues of characters standing by the corridor, mainly Huang Wanqiu, Gu Aying, Liang Chenyu, etc., all of whom have contributed to the development of Kunqu Opera.

1200 years ago, as a famous court artist in the Kaiyuan and Tianbao years of the Tang Dynasty, Huang Wanqiu, because of the Anshi Rebellion, brought the court music of "words have shoulders, boards have eyes, yin and yang are turbid" to Bacheng. On weekdays, he makes a living by performing court dramas, and is quite popular among the villagers, including many supporters, followers, apprentices, and scholars. With the increasing integration of court music and Wu Ge style, it gradually condensed into the original music source of Kunshan dialect. As we all know, the most important form of performance in Chinese opera is the art of vocal cavity. At that time, the northern pop sang the northern opera, and the southern opera sang the southern opera. There are four main vocal cavities in Southern Opera, namely Yiyang Cavity, Yuyao Cavity, Haiyan Cavity, and Kunshan Cavity. Wei Liangfu said in "Southern Words Yinzheng" that the four chambers of southern opera, "but Kunshan is the right sound, which was passed down by Huang Wanxuan during the reign of Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty". It should be said that the court music of the Tang Dynasty brought by Huang Wanqiu opened the first door to the Kunshan dialect in the future, and he was regarded as the ancestor of Kunqu Opera.

600 years ago, Bacheng late Yuan Dynasty writer Gu Aying, ten minutes love Kunqu opera culture, after middle age, "in Jiexi (now southwest of Xuandun Village) base stone for the hill, build a grass hall at its site, set up a number of pavilions on the left and right, plant mixed flowers and trees, with the sycamore and bamboo reflecting the belt", the name is "Yushan good place". At that time, it was the place where the southeast celebrities and scholars gathered, "the prosperity of the garden pond pavilion, the wealth of the picture history, and the sound of the gas hall, and the crown for a while". In Chinese history, Gu Aying's "Yushan Yaji" and the "Lanting Yaji" in Shaoxing, Zhejiang during the Eastern Jin Dynasty and the "Xiyuan Yaji" in Luoyang, Henan during the Northern Song Dynasty are known as the three major literati Yaji. At that time, a large number of opera artists, lyricists, miscellaneous operas, performers and singers such as Zhao Mengfu, Sa Du Ting, Zhang Li, Yang Weizhen, Ni Huang, Zhang Yu, Ke Jiusi, Gao Ming, Xiong Mengxiang, Chen Weiyun, Zhao Yuan, Gu Jian and so on gathered in Yushanjia. They held high the positive sail of the Yellow Flag, insisted on taking Gu Aying's private team of Kunqu dialect as the carrier, set sail in the ocean of Kunqu Opera, sang harmony, pondered the vocal cavity, discussed the rhythm, studied music theory, conducted extensive and in-depth research on the vocal cavity and playing instruments of Nanqu, and made many breakthroughs in the singing of the head, abdomen and tail, as well as the technique of singing open and closed mouth and nose, as well as the accompaniment of flute, flute, sheng, pipa and other musical instruments, which has played a huge role in promoting the formation and development of Kunqu Opera.

More than 400 years ago, during the Jiajing period of the Ming Dynasty, the musician Wei Liangfu carried out a drastic reform of the Kun dialect, which greatly enriched and improved the tune, melody and singing method of the Kun dialect, so that the softest, most elegant and most beautiful "water mill cavity" was born in the world. This tone sounds like a water stone grinding rice, unhurried, delicate and long, with a very high level of skill and vividness of expression. The famous opera writer Liang Chenyu is a native of Bacheng, and he not only learned from Wei Liangfu's true biography, but also practiced boldly and practiced it. If in the period of Wei Liangfu, the Kun cavity was still only in the stage of cappella, then in the hands of Liang Chenyu, it was full of firepower and went all out to promote artistic practice, making the water mill cavity shine on the stage of the Ming Dynasty. His "The Legend of Huansha" is the first script written in the reformed water mill cavity, and it is also an important work of milestone significance in the development of Kunqu Opera. As Zhu Yizun said in "Jing Zhiju Poems": "Legendary family songs, don't be the children of Yiyang can change the tune of the song, but "Huansha" can't, and he is a veteran lyricist." The play is "rich and beautiful, and the situation is very big", with rhetoric and sonorous tunes, which caused a sensation for a while, and the aftermath is endless. Since the middle of the Qing Dynasty, many of the singles in "The Legend of Huansha" are excellent excerpts on the Kunqu Opera stage, and many of the stories of Xi Shi on the stage of opera in various places are also derived from "The Legend of Huansha".

100 years ago, Kunshan Gu Jiu pointed out in "Xikun Miscellaneous Memories": "In the past ten years, except for the second or third literati, Wuyi has been responsible for preserving Kunqu Opera. It means that since the end of the Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China, except for a few literati composers, who have been responsible for the preservation of Kunqu Opera, are mainly "musicians". The so-called "musicians" are those who are active in the folk Kunqu opera professional singing groups, and they are often invited to perform in the master's hall or sing in the temporary wooden edge hall, so they have a professional name called "hall name". With the shrinking demand-side market, fewer and fewer people are willing to engage in the cause of Kunqu Opera. Faced with the precarious situation of lack of successors, Wu Cuilun, a man of insight in Bacheng, stepped forward and established the "Kunqu Opera Transmission Institute" in 1921 with like-minded people to rescue Kunqu Opera from danger.

If we still had some doubts about Bacheng as the birthplace of Kunqu Opera before we came, then we have found a convincing answer so far: Huang Wanqiu, the first to sing Kunqu Opera, is in Bacheng, Gu Aying, the first to have a private class of Kunqu Opera, Liang Chenyu, the first to put Kunqu Opera on the stage, is in Bacheng, and Wu Cuilun, the first to hold the "Kunqu Opera Academy", is also in Bacheng. After the ups and downs of continuous tempering, it finally broke into a butterfly and a phoenix nirvana, pushing the aesthetics of Chinese opera to the pinnacle of art with its unique elegance and rhyme.

There was a stage near the water in the back garden of Yu Jiulin's studio, and we thought that if we performed Kunqu Opera here, it would definitely have a different flavor, but unfortunately it didn't. But on the wall of the "Kunqu Opera Town" on Xiatang Street, we saw the popular classic singing segment in the Kunqu Opera "Peony Pavilion", with the words "It turns out that the purple and red are blooming all over the place, and they seem to be paid to the broken wells and decay." The beautiful scenery of the good day is the day, whose courtyard is the pleasure? On the other side, it reads, "It is like a beautiful flower for you, like a year of flowing water, it is a reply to look for it all over the place, and feel sorry for yourself in the boudoir." Miss, go and talk to your Nada. Witnessing these familiar lyrics, we seem to see that in the most sultry spring, Du Liniang and the maid visited the garden together, staging a sad spring feeling that is both real and illusory. I saw their bright eyes, skirts flying, wearing water sleeves and danyi, a song of intoxicating dreams, the sound of music, the sound of the piano, the sound of the wind, the sound of the water, the sound of the heart into the ears, as if through the millennium, like a flower blooming buds, pleasant sound, pleasant heart, let people "do not know what to do, go deep".

The beauty of the tip of the tongue of Yangcheng crab

"If it's not good for Yangcheng Lake crabs, why should you go to Bacheng in this life." Bacheng is the home of the famous Yangcheng Lake hairy crabs. I didn't know much about Bacheng at first, but when I first arrived in Suzhou, a friend invited me to Bacheng to eat crabs. Aren't crabs available everywhere, so why do you have to eat them in Bacheng?

Friends say that crabs are indeed everywhere, but the hairy crabs in Yangcheng Lake are indeed extraordinary. One is the green back. Because the water quality of Yangcheng Lake is clear and there is no sludge, the crab shell is always blue-gray, lubricated and shiny. The second is white belly. The Bacheng Lake area is shallow, and the bottom of the lake is covered with bristle grass like a board brush. The crab crawls through it as if it has been brushed all day long, and it is always clean, and the navel and claw shells that are clinging to the mud are almost flawless. The third is the golden claw. The crab claws are golden, solid and powerful, because they have been crawling on the hard soil at the bottom of the lake for a long time, and they have long practiced the extraordinary ability to stand up and walk rampantly. Fourth, yellow hair. The hairs on the feet and claws are long and yellow, and the roots are straight and bright.

"Baxi Chronicles" contains: "The famous local products include Yangcheng Lake crabs, which gradually become fat when the frost falls." Qing Dynasty opera writer Li Yu said in "Idle Love": "All crab eaters only fit their original body, steam and eat, store them in ice trays, and list them on several plates, and listen to the guests to eat themselves, the advantage is that the fishy smell does not leak out of the crab shell, that is, into the mouth of people." "Before steaming, it is best to insert a piece of old ginger in the navel of each hairy crab, and spread perilla leaves at the bottom of the steamer, which can eliminate the cold of the crab, and pay attention to placing the crab belly side up to avoid the loss of crab roe and crab paste.

According to the tour guide, the locals are very particular about eating crabs, and they must first use vinegar, soy sauce, ginger shreds, and sugar to prepare a dipping sauce to remove the smell and cold. Then take out the crab, after removing the two large claws, slowly break the back cover with both hands, put it on a plate for later use, and then remove the crab's stomach, intestines, gills, heart, etc. one by one.

Bacheng people are really experts at eating crabs. What's so strange about that? The ancestors of the people were the earliest crab eaters. Mr. Lu Xun once praised: "The first person to eat crab is very admirable, who dares to eat it if he is not a warrior?" Although Guo Xian of the Eastern Han Dynasty has a clear record in the "Hanwu Cave Meditation", the story narrated in it is far less vivid than the folklore of Bacheng.

Legend has it that thousands of years ago, there was a kind of beetle with a double chelate and eight legs and a vicious shape in the rivers and lakes. Not only digging holes makes the rice fields lack water, but also uses chelates to hurt people, so it is called "trapping insects". Later, Dayu came to Jiangnan to control the water and sent a strong man to supervise the work, because of the infestation of insects, which seriously affected the progress and quality of the project. The PLO ordered people to dig a trench on the edge of the city, and filled the trench with boiling water, so that all the insects that dared to attack were scalded to death in the trench. Palma was very curious to break the carapace, and a fragrance immediately came to his nose, he couldn't help but take a bite, who knew that the taste was particularly delicious, so he didn't care about the three-seven-twenty-one, and soon feasted. Since someone tried it, everyone dared to eat it, and this feared pest was transformed into a well-known meal. In order to be grateful to the PLO, who dared to be the first in the world, people added a worm under the word Jie, calling the insect "crab", which means that the PLO conquered the crab worm, and he was the first crab eater in the world.

Therefore, the hairy crabs in Yangcheng Lake have long been famous all over the world. In the twenties and thirties of the 20th century, it was even more popular in Shanghai. Mao Zhaolong, the owner of Bacheng Yilong Fishing Company, packed the hairy crabs he bought by Taihu Lake according to grade and weight, and wrote the word "Mao" on the crab basket lid with red paint. Due to the high quality and excellent taste, this kind of "Maozi Crab" was snatched up once it was put on the Shanghai market, and it was very popular with Shanghai citizens, and some people did not eat it if they were not "Maozi Crab".

Before the 80s of the last century, the natural production of wild hairy crabs in Yangcheng Lake was able to meet the supply of the market. After the 80s, with the increasing demand, further promoted artificial breeding, especially in the 90s, the crab industry is developing rapidly, from individual to collective, from the pond to the lake, from small scale to large-scale, with each passing day, vigorously building Bacheng into the first town of hairy crabs in Yangcheng Lake in the south of the Yangtze River.

"The autumn wind rises, the crab feet are itchy, and the navel is round in September and sharp in October". Aiming at the opportunity, Bacheng people launched the annual crab culture festival, meeting friends with crabs, promoting literature with crabs, attracting investment with crabs, and rejuvenating the town with crabs.

Maybe the tour guide is very familiar with the crab culture here, the mouth is like a river, we are immersed in it, listen to it with relish, but also can't help but dry lips, mouthpiece relish, this is not the time to eat crabs, she said more and more detailed, but also just draw cakes to satisfy hunger, hope plum to quench thirst. The tour guide seemed to see through our minds, and immediately recruited two singers, a man and a woman, and asked them to sing a crab song called "Sister Swimming in the Water to Pick Red Ling", the woman's mouth was extraordinary, and she showed a high-pitched voice: "Yangcheng Lake is clear and Lingling, Sister is swimming in the water to pick Hongling, and the warm red (grid) is full of snow-white (grid) legs." Suddenly called 'Ayiwa', and the crab bit the heart of the foot. The man was not to be outdone, and then came a "subwoofer": "Lang sings the mountain song (end) for (Zaige) what, I know that a crab has a navel (comes) two whiskers, two big chelae and eight legs, and eight small feet (the end) are zigzag and zigzag in the mud (ah)." "The melody of this folk song is very simple, easy to understand, the Wu language is soft, and the mood is full, so that we are fascinated by listening to it, and we are endless, so that it echoes in our hearts from time to time on the way back.

The love of fireworks in the old street

Bacheng Old Street is east-west direction, the total length is more than 285 meters, the road surface is paved by granite, both sides are the buildings of the Ming and Qing dynasties, the eaves are picked inward, the red lanterns shine, there are few pedestrians on the road, the advertising signs are wonderful, the street is narrow but compact and elegant, and what you see when you look up at the sky is "a line of sky". In those years, many specialties from the north and south had gathered here, and traders from all over the world also gathered here, and there were many shops on the old street, door by door, ground to ground, always a kind of intimate and inseparable appearance.

Bacheng Old Street is bounded by a covered bridge and is divided into East Street and West Street. There is mainly the old movie theater in the east street, although the wall is mottled and the cement falls off, but the five-pointed star on the gatehouse is still bright, very eye-catching, and the sense of age is particularly strong, just like the movie theater in our hometown, we also feel very cordial when we see this. Although we don't know exactly what happened here back then, this gap can be filled by our own experience. One thing is for sure, many film clips are going to be in circulation. This is not only the main entertainment place for Bacheng people, but also their unforgettable good memories.

In April 2005, the party committee and government of Bacheng Town established Bacheng Ancient Town Construction and Development Co., Ltd., in line with the principle of repairing the old and preserving the original appearance of the old street, with the resumption of business of Chunhe Noodle Restaurant, Longyunwei Teahouse, Calligraphy and Painting Garden, Laojie Restaurant, Yangcheng Hotel and other time-honored brands, many celebrity studios have also settled here, such as Yu Jiulin Studio, "Once there is a play" Gu Weiying Studio, Yumian Pipa Studio, etc., they are all through their own unique way, is quietly creating a cultural atmosphere for this old street.

Among them, we pay the most attention to the writer Yang Shousong's "Daitu Lou". This is a Ming and Qing Dynasty style two-entry house on West Street. The foyer is home to many of Yang Shousong's works before and after his retirement, including "The Road to Kunshan", "Chasing the Sun", "Damei Kunqu Opera", "Insect Whispers", "Kunqu Opera Grand View" and so on. Because when it was time to get off work, the staff turned us away directly, but fortunately, she blocked the door, and did not forget to give us a brief introduction: the main body of the building is a two-story small building, and upstairs is the study of Mr. Yang Shousong, where he often writes; Downstairs is the place where the elegant gathering, where there is often laughter, all together, the flute is ethereal, and the piano rhyme is melodious......

It is said that Yang Shousong likes the quietness of the old street very much, and is also willing to help many literati and artists "settle in Bacheng". In 2005, he received a call from Mr. Zhu Yulian, a retired calligrapher and painter from the People's Daily, hoping to help him find a place in the ancient town to display many of his collections. It just so happened that Bacheng Old Street was planning to be restored and renovated at that time, and under Yang Shousong's matchmaking, the first cultural venue on the old street, the Yufeng Ancient Cultural Relics Exhibition Hall, also stood out. "One flower leads to a hundred flowers". Since then, Wang Tongbao's Calligraphy and Painting Collection and Exhibition Hall, Ni Xiaozhou's Jiangnan Wood Carving Museum, Yan Jianmin's Kunshi Collection, and Chen Dongbao's Dongbao Flute Museum have all "come one after another", and with the presentation of various intangible cultural heritage contents one by one, it has become dazzling.

It should be emphasized that the Longyun Tea House we saw on the side of Fuxing Bridge is a place with a history. The owner's name is Wu Chenglong, the word Yunshan, a native of Hefei, Anhui. "Baxi Chronicles" cloud: "Young Zhuang from Rong, Jingxiang, Hubei and Jiangxi, the army has a hard work, and he was appointed as the leader of the Kunshan Flying Battalion, and then retreated to Baxi. In Yichouchun (1925), there was a message from the military and police, Long was hired by Shi Dong, and in the room, the wind and snow reflected in the palms, sweating into rain, and for several days and nights, he was at peace. After setting up a tea shop in the town, named Longyunmin, take the meaning of the city hidden as a mountain dwelling. Died in the autumn of the Republic of China (1933) at the age of fifty. During the Anti-Japanese War, the Longyun Tea House was the location of the New Fourth Army's Jiangnan Anti-Japanese Volunteer Army traffic officer and the Kunshan underground party joint, just like the "Chunlai Teahouse" in Bacheng, which played an indispensable role in maintaining smooth communication and communication, and there are countless mysterious and thrilling stories that happened here.

Feng Jicai said in "The Meaning of Old Street": "Villages and towns are like this, a large number of houses, there is a street in the middle, there are shops and workshops on the street, there are things to sell, there is food and drink, this street is very important, providing all the necessities of life for the residents of this town, and naturally it is the blood that transports energy for the growth of this community." Walking on the old streets of Bacheng, we have been thinking about this question, and we have seen many old streets in the ancient towns of Jiangnan, which are basically the same, but why are we still like that, "I don't get tired of reading you a thousand times"? This is because everyone has an old street in their hometown, every time they walk into the old street of the ancient town of Jiangnan, they will naturally be superimposed together to form a homomorphic substitution that echoes each other.

As the years pass, the feeling of being touched everywhere seems to be everywhere in the old street, an old street runs through our entire childhood, as long as we step into the old street of Jiangnan Ancient Town, those frolicking and playing, longing and dreaming, pursuit and hesitation, just like the human biological clock, come as promised, on time. Perhaps the old street of Jiangnan Ancient Town is the extension, amplification and sublimation of the self-evident nostalgia of our childhood, which is no wonder we are so happy.

The soul of the years that melted in an instant

At noon, we found a fast food restaurant on the old street, hoping to solve the problem of food and clothing simply. When we looked up and saw a very familiar photo "Sleeping on the Street" hanging on the wall, we asked the owner, do you have any special purpose in hanging this photo in the store? He said proudly, yes! Because the person who took this photo is our Bacheng people!

It should be said that among the many video materials of the battle to liberate Shanghai, the photo of "Sleeping on the Street" is very classic and has a huge impact. But when and where exactly was this photo taken? Which unit was filmed? Under what circumstances was it filmed? There has been no definite version of this information. Fortunately, the photographer Lu Rensheng left a self-report material before his death, which provided a key clue to solve this 70-year-old mystery.

According to his introduction, in late May 1949, the battle to liberate Shanghai began, after a night of fierce gunfire, at dawn the next day, Shanghai citizens pushed open their homes, and were surprised to find the most shocking scene: the PLA commanders and fighters wore military hats and untied clothes, lying on the cold and damp concrete floor, some lying on pillows, some sleeping by guns, and some holding weapons tightly, they were all neatly lined up along both sides of the road, which looked very touching and spectacular!

Lu Rensheng was the head of the photography group of the Xinhua News Agency Frontline Branch of the East China Field Army at that time, and was sent to a division of the 20th Army as a photojournalist accompanying the army. In the early morning of May 26, the troops crossed the Huangpu River from Pudong into Nancheng (present-day Huangpu District). He said: "At dawn on the 27th, when I learned that the troops who had entered the city had been sleeping on the sidewalk on the first night, I quickly came to the scene despite the fatigue of not sleeping all night, lest I lose this great opportunity. When they saw the situation at the scene, they were very excited, and in order to liberate Shanghai, the soldiers bravely killed the enemy and even sacrificed their lives. He cares about the masses as he does his parents and brothers, and does not disturb them. I took this photo in a place where there is a high concentration of fighters in the area west of Nanjing Road and Xizang Road. At that time, the gunfire of the fighting north of Suzhou Creek was clearly audible. The time and place of the shooting are very clear, and the subject of the shooting should be the 59th Division of the 20th Army according to Lu Xiaoge, the son of Lu Rensheng, because the predecessor of this unit was the "Jiangnan Anti-Japanese Volunteer Army" that Lu Rensheng participated in during the War of Resistance Against Japan.

Reading Jiangnan Taste the Ancient Town|Bacheng: A Jiangnan Water Town Style

The boss told us that Lu Rensheng was blind when he wanted to write this material in 1978, and that he dictated it and recorded it by his youngest son, Lu Liejia. wrote it out, and it was the old man's long-standing wish, and he felt that he could be blinded in this way. Lu Rensheng died in the spring of 1980. While we sighed, we really wanted to go to see the memorial hall that introduced Lu Rensheng's deeds. The boss said it doesn't seem like it's there yet, but we think there should be. Seeing the disappointed expression on our faces, the boss hurriedly changed the conversation and told us that you might as well go to the hometown of the aerospace hero Fei Junlong, where there should be a detailed introduction to Fei Junlong's situation.

We hurriedly took a taxi straight to Feijiabang, and saw the huge sign in the field that "the countryside not only has a vast world, but also an infinite starry sky", as if the "comma" general architectural shape, let us see the "Hoshino small building", as if in the vast starry sky, which also means the brilliant development of China's aerospace industry, never stop. When visiting the Aerospace Science Museum, we were very interested and impressed by the photos of Fei Junlong's parents watching the live broadcast of Shen Liu's mother crying with joy.

Locals told us that Fei Junlong's home was right next door, but we were eager to know the story behind this photo. Seeing the rows of identical buildings, we were at a loss, and the old man who was sitting in the shade pointed with his hand, and there was a pavilion over there that was Fei Junlong's home. Sure enough, there is a pavilion in front of you, and when you get closer, it's called "Ask the Sky Pavilion". On the pavilion pillar is written the couplet "Love my Chinese dragon flying to the sky, watching the moon and the beautiful rivers and mountains of Shenzhou". We gently knocked on the door of Fei Junlong's house, which was a small courtyard of a three-story building.

His father was not at home, his mother was on a lunch break, and Fei Junlong's sister received us. She said that Fei Junlong is the third in the family and has been very serious since he was a child. At the age of 17, he was recruited as an air force pilot, and after being selected as one of China's first astronauts in January 1998, he rarely returned home. In the early morning of October 17, 2005, after seeing the "Shenzhou 6" spacecraft return to the ground in triumph, my mother was indeed in tears, and this photo was taken very realistically. In case you don't know, my father also wept at the family dinner on October 12 to celebrate the successful launch of the sixth god. She took out the photos taken at that time from the album, and we did see Fei Junlong's father happily wiping tears from the corners of his eyes.

It should be said that Bacheng Ancient Town is indeed a thick book, and after turning the pages one by one, there are surprises one after another, wonderful and wonderful, and I am amazed. There are ancient and modern, there are literary and martial arts, there are elegant and vulgar, there are big and small, far and near, one by one, one by one, every sentence into the soul, calm and unhurried, gradually into the best situation. At this time, a rowing boat in the distance rowed the water surface, rowed across the heart of the river, between the movement and the stillness, swaying and swaying, as usual depicting the rich style of the Jiangnan water town in the ancient town of Bacheng.
