This lotus root, peanut and black bean soup is one of the few soups that my mother-in-law cooks every week!
Because it's very clear and tonic, I won't go to huo, and I drink it about twice a week, and I really feel comfortable!
The waist is not sore, the legs and feet are strong, the hair on the floor is also a lot less, and the sleep at night is relatively stable, basically sleeping until dawn!
And when you come to relatives, you won't feel bad, it feels the same as not coming, it's really comfortable!
The ingredients are simple, just need these:
- A section of lotus root
- A handful of peanuts
- A handful of black beans
- A slice or two of ginger
You can also add some pork bones and pork ribs to cook together!
Wash all the ingredients, put them in a casserole, add an appropriate amount of water, boil for about 50 minutes, and add a little salt to taste before cooking.
There is no need for complicated seasonings, so the stewed soup is very nutritious and not greasy.
It is recommended to use a casserole to stew, and the soup is very beautiful~
The lotus root is hot and dry, and when paired with black beans and peanuts, it becomes a clear tonic soup, which is not picky at all, and adults and children can drink it together!
It tastes very sweet, and the ingredients inside are stewed soft and glutinous, which is also delicious!
Choose it for the first bowl of soup in autumn, it's really moist and refreshing, hurry up and drink it with your family!
