Late issuance (expected in September 24); A strong sense of ritual; You need to apply for mail or offline pick-up; Not in some areas.
If you don't plan to get a paper certificate, you don't need to apply, you don't need to go through the process, just don't care about the follow-up.

In short, the two types of certificates are only different in terms of issuance time, style, and collection method, and students can receive the desired certificate style according to their own needs.

(1) At present, some regions have issued notices mentioning that they will promote the electronicization of certificates, and paper certificates will no longer be issued in the future!
If the "electronic certificate" is implemented in various places, the paper certificate received by students at this time may become "out of print"!

02. How to receive paper certificates
As mentioned earlier, students who want to receive an electronic certificate can directly log in to the [Chinese Personnel Examination Network] to download it later. (It hasn't started yet).

01. Express mailing
According to the situation in previous years, some regions support candidates to choose to "mail" to receive the paper version of the certificate.
Candidates need to go to the designated website to fill in the accurate mailing information according to the local requirements for collecting the certificate, and the postage needs to be paid by the candidates.

02. On-site pick-up
After the notice of certificate collection is issued by various places, students can receive their certificates according to the time, place and required materials notified in the content.
According to the notices of various places in previous years, students must bring their original ID cards and graduation certificates when collecting certificates;
However, due to the different policies in various places, some areas still require candidates to provide paper materials such as candidate information sheets and score certificates when collecting certificates.
