According to Yang Xi, the person in charge of the project, the training ground is located in the newly built Shangzhou Mass Sports Park, with a total of 6 beach volleyball courts, and the sand used for the competition is natural sea sand from the Beihai Sea of Guangzhou. The supporting Shangzhou Mass Sports Park covers an area of about 132 acres, and the overall layout is "one bridge, two squares and five sports areas", that is, a pedestrian bridge connecting both sides of the Danjiang River, two squares and five relatively concentrated sports fields at the main portal and the south portal, planning and construction of 19 sports venues such as beach volleyball, basketball, football, badminton, table tennis, etc., in addition to supporting facilities such as children's playgrounds and ecological parking lots, and the project has also carried out a comprehensive transformation of the original fitness trail in the process of construction.
