Explain the status of the project and organize the deliberations of the representatives. The deputy mayor of the town government will give a detailed explanation of the basic situation, implementation plan, and capital budget of the candidate project to the town people's congress deputies, and the people's congress will organize the representatives to deliberate. Vote on practical matters of people's livelihood and highlight the demands of public opinion. Focusing on the overall situation of economic and social development and the industrial development and infrastructure construction that the masses are generally concerned about, the delegates voted by secret ballot to determine three projects: high-standard farmland demonstration, low-yield orchard transformation, and Qiangao Road lighting project from the five candidate projects.
Focus on effective implementation, and strive to promote the "full closed loop" of tracking and supervision. The project is planned and the whole process is supervised. The implementation of practical projects for people's livelihood will be included in the 2024 key project implementation plan and the supervision work plan of the National People's Congress, and efforts will be made to strengthen the supervision of the whole process of the implementation of voting projects.
