After the victim contacted him, he falsely claimed that he could apply for a loan without collateral or security, and at a lower interest rate, so as to gain the victim's trust, and then tricked the victim into transferring money under various reasons such as "security deposit, benefit fee, insurance premium, and unfreezing fee", so as to achieve the purpose of fraud. The susceptible groups of this type of fraud are usually unemployed, self-employed, and other people who need loans.
