Yimingjiang Abdul Kerim, male, Uyghur, born in March 1971, member of the Communist Party of China, college degree, is currently the head of the mechanical maintenance team of the Halajun Branch of the Artush Highway Administration, and has won honorary titles such as the Xinjiang Construction Medal for Development.

In his youth, Yimingjiang Abdul Kerim learned maintenance machinery technology and used his spare time to seriously study the construction principles of highway maintenance machinery and equipment. After joining the work, he participated in the mechanical operation procedure training held by the Autonomous Region Highway Administration for many times; in 2013, he developed and produced a cleaning machine that used existing machinery to install and combine facilities along the line; in 2014, he developed and produced a special transport vehicle for sprinkling asphalt; in 2015, he developed and produced a special transport vehicle for sprinkling asphalt; in 2017, he designed and modified the dump vehicle and installed a discharge device, which can directly pour material into the shoulder and roadbed gap; in June 2018, he designed and manufactured the asphalt waste recycling machine. From January to April 2021, the road sweeper was modified, a 4-cylinder engine and a 50-kilowatt generator were installed, and the road sweeper was innovatively invented to sweep the road surface, weld, and cut the integrated machine, creating greater economic and social benefits.
