Feel at ease – the secret of "Golden Left Hand" Mark Williams' career "evergreen"

Mark Williams candidly says he will continue to play in the new season with a casual attitude, focusing on enjoying the game rather than the result.

The three-time World Champion has been playing in a fast and fluid style in recent years, often with an average batting time of as little as 15 seconds. He won the WST Pro Series title last season and reached the semi-finals in two other competitions, as well as reaching the quarterfinals at the World Championships.

The 46-year-old Welsh player intends to have as much fun as possible in his next career.

Williams said: "I played as fast as I could last season and enjoyed every minute of it. ”

"I lost a lot of games that I could have won, but also played some good goals. For the first time in a while, my performance on the pitch seemed precarious. Maybe I've had a tough time. Obviously, I want to win, but if I can't win, that's no problem. ”

"I'm not going to do too many practices this season, maybe a few hours a day or every other day. It may affect my status, but I've accepted that. That's enough for me to stay okay. I enjoyed the process, which was my goal, rather than getting stuck in endless dilemmas. I could play a 19-inning, 10-win game with Jackson Page at the club in two hours.

"My only goal now is to see how long I can stay on the Tour. I wanted to see if I could still make it to the top 16 in the world at the age of 50. ”

Four players in each group will play a single round-robin match within the group, with a maximum of 4 innings per match, and if the match is played 3-0, no round 4 will be played. The winning side receives 3 points, and the draw receives 1 point each. Each set of grades is ranked in the following order:

1) Points

2) Net Win

3) The relationship between winners and losers in the group (if there are three or more players who are equally divided, only the equal score of the players will be calculated and the ranking will be determined in the above order)

4) Highest single-stroke score in the group stage

5) If the highest score of the single stroke is still tied, the high score of the second single is compared
