Today, I'm going to introduce a sweet and sour pork that is easy to make and filling. Although most of the traditional sweet and sour pork is cooked with pork ribs and other pieces of meat, this time it is made with hot pot pork slices, which is tender and juicy in the mouth! Next, we will share how to make this sweet and sour pork.
Material:
Hot pot pork slices 300g
4 green peppers
1 red or yellow colored pepper
Onion 1/2 pcs
Pork fillet seasoning:
Salt a pinch of salt
Pepper a little
2 tbsp white powder
Sweet and sour sauce (mix well in a bowl first):
3 tablespoons tomato paste
3 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon stock powder
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 large spoonful of sugar
2 tsp white powder
1 teaspoon minced or grated ginger
Directions:
Step 1: Wash the green and bell peppers, peel the onion and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Step 2: Sprinkle salt and pepper on the hot pot pork slices to taste, then knead the pork slices into small balls.
Step 3: Cover the pork with white flour, then heat about 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a frying pan, then fry the pork in a pan over medium-high heat and set aside.
Step 4: Add green peppers, bell peppers, and onions to a pan and sauté over high heat.
Step 5: Put the pork back into the pot, pour the sweet and sour sauce into the pot, and stir-fry all the ingredients with the sweet and sour sauce, and then you can start the pot~
