The Three Gorges Reservoir working ship successfully realized the slipway node
On August 1, the Three Gorges Reservoir working ship built by Wuchang Shipbuilding and Boat Company for China Three Gorges Corporation successfully reached the slipway node. The supervisor, the third chief engineer of the project and the relevant personnel of the participating units attended the ceremony. At present, the reserve of the main hull section of the product has reached 80% of the whole ship, marking that the ship has officially entered the stage of slipway loading.
Since the start of the project, the boat company has given full play to its experience in the construction of similar types of ships such as water environment monitoring ships and water law enforcement vessels, continuously optimized in production design, production organization, construction quality control, etc., continued to make efforts, strengthened the quality of modeling, carried out a comprehensive three-dimensional layout of turbines and electrical equipment, optimized production design, made full use of site resources, accelerated the pace of segmented manufacturing, overcome the unfavorable factors brought by high temperature weather, reasonably coordinated production planning and arrangement, and strengthened on-site construction process discipline inspection. Ensure the quality and precision control of the whole process of product construction.
In the next step, the project team will continue to work closely with all participating units, continue to strengthen communication with shipowners and ship inspections, strengthen quality control in the whole process of construction, accelerate the production progress, further improve the outfitting rate of the slipway, and ensure the smooth and complete launch of products according to the node.
The new deep-diving working mother ship was successfully docked and completed the pier work
In the early morning of August 1, the new deep-diving working mother ship (DDSV project) undertaken by Wuchang Shipbuilding was successfully docked and completed the pier landing work, marking a solid step forward from the delivery of the project.
The main purpose of this docking is to clean and paint the outer plate of the hull and replace the thruster seal ring for the ship, so as to lay a solid foundation for the delivery of the ship. The weight of the ship is nearly 30,000 tons, in addition to considering the safety of load-bearing, it is also necessary to consider the recoating of pier paint and the disassembly and installation of the thruster, so the calculation of the hull load and the placement of the pier position are the difficulties of the safe docking.
The Wuchang shipbuilding project team and the Beihai shipbuilding production personnel give full play to the role of organization and coordination, and carefully plan and deploy carefully according to the meteorological forecast and tidal particularity of Qingdao to ensure that the docking progress, quality and safety are effectively controlled.
The new deep-diving working mother ship is a high-end offshore equipment with the most advanced technology and the strongest comprehensive ability integrating rescue and salvage operations, saturation diving, deep-water marine engineering hoisting operations and pipe-laying operations. Subsequently, the Wuchang shipbuilding project team will further strengthen its mission, improve its sense of responsibility, and concentrate its superior forces to ensure the high-quality delivery of ships.
New progress in the 13000 deck carrier series of ships
On August 1, the No. 13 ship of the 13000DWT deck transport ship built by Wuchang Shipbuilding completed 3 days of sea trials and returned smoothly. The test completed a number of tests such as the main engine load test, the handling test, the speed test, and the boat retraction test. During the trial voyage, the product delivery team actively cooperated with the shipowner, ship inspection and other personnel, and carried out the test in a timely and orderly manner in strict accordance with the requirements of the test outline, and all data met the requirements of the technical specifications, and successfully achieved the expected goals at one time.

On July 31, the No. 14 ship of the 13000DWT deck transport ship successfully completed the river trial. The river test completed a number of projects such as anchor test, main engine load test and operation test, which further tested the key performance indicators such as the ship's operating system and power system, and laid a solid foundation for the ship to leave the factory.

On August 1, the No. 17 ship of the 13000DWT deck carrier completed the task of shafting illumination to achieve accurate positioning of the stern. During the construction of this key project, the construction personnel should do a good job of process disclosure, fully identify safety production risks, organize parallel construction on the left and right sides, and use special wire tooling and optical instruments to accurately adjust the position of the stern tube to achieve accurate positioning. Subsequently, the construction of key projects of the shaft and rudder system will be carried out in an orderly manner as planned to create favorable conditions for the launch of ships on schedule.

The No. 6 ship of the 1100TEU container ship has been fully formed
On July 29, with the successful completion of the hoisting task of the C31 assembly of Shanghai Construction Construction, the series of 1100TEU container ship No. 6 built by Wuchang Shipbuilding was fully formed. Since the product was put on the slipway, Wuchang Shipbuilding has strengthened production planning, optimized the construction process, adjusted the production organization, overcome the high temperature and bad weather scientific and continuous construction, and realized the completion of all sections and the formation of the whole ship.
