01.沙迦群山中的悬挂露营舱地点：阿联酋沙迦 / 设计：Ardh Architects / Omran Alowais

Designed by Ardh Architects, Floating Retreat is an immersive retreat in the mountains of Sharjah that combines the thrill of outdoor adventure with the comfort and luxury of modern accommodation. The facility is shaped as a cluster of transparent prismatic cabins suspended between rocky ridges, inspired by the thrills of cliff camping. In pods that provide guests with all the amenities they need for a comfortable stay, the resort also offers the opportunity to immerse yourself in the local culture by participating in a variety of activities such as resting, exploring, climbing, and hiking.

Inside the pods, a peaceful and peaceful atmosphere is created for guests to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Each one is equipped with all the necessary amenities to allow you to enjoy the pleasure of camping in nature while enjoying a comfortable and luxurious experience.

In addition to a unique stay, guests can also take part in a variety of local activities during their stay. As a hub for the spirit of adventure, there is an opportunity to explore the natural beauty of the Sharjah Mountains by taking part in mountain climbing, wadi trekking, or biking along a dedicated platform. To immerse themselves in the local culture and support its economy, guests can also sample local cuisine and shop for souvenirs at the on-site retail area.

02. Teardrop-shaped tent hanging from a tree Location: Belgium / Design: Dre Wapenaar

Located in the Boglon Forest in Belgium, four teardrop-shaped tents hang from trees. This tent structure, which blurs the lines between sculpture and architecture, is the work of Netherlands artist dre wapenaar. Suspended from the ground, the "tranendreef" tree tent can accommodate up to two adults and two children and can be accessed via a ladder, providing a low-impact way to enjoy the outdoors.

Organized by Z33, the house of contemporary art, design and architecture, the project brings art into the public spaces of the Borglon. Next to Dre Wapenaar's tree tent, Ardie van Bommel built "field furniture": seating, washing, toilets and barbecue units to complement the colors of the tents and the Haspengouw landscape.

03.沙漠露营-“upside down you turn me”地点：阿姆斯特丹 / 设计： rob sweere

Rob Sweere's "Upside Down You Turn Me": "This survival pod landed on the endless desert of IJBURG. Lying inside, you can look left and right through the hemispherical windows, as well as up and down.

You can sit outside and shelter from the rain under objects. Thus, there are two rooms: inside the capsule, for rest and sleep, and under the capsule, one can sit and dream of being beyond the horizon. The window allows the person inside to peek into the surroundings.

Location: Amsterdam / Design: Boomhuttenfest

boomhuttenfest's 'solid family': as a continuation of the 2013 UCA. An additional room is connected to the ICOSA via a tunnel or corridor for up to four people.

05. Experimental "Wagon Camp" in the DesertLocation: California / Design: Andre · Zittel

Housed in the rugged landscape of Joshua Tree in California, the project includes a series of sleeping pods adjacent to the artist's home and studio. Blending public and private spaces, the camp embodies the "sci-fi avant-garde aesthetic" that Zittel was naturally drawn to.

Many artists are drawn to the desert landscape for personal or creative reasons, the shared sense of community that exists among guests when cooking or hiking together, and the feeling of solitude, independence, and immersion in nature that each sleeping pod provides.

06. Desert Camping - "val ross" Location: Sharjah, U.A.E. / Design: MUD

Draw inspiration from available objects and materials to gain new forms and insights. It is important to study the form of the existing object and let it speak to you in order to change the object so that it yields to its original purpose. "The foundation of the mud project is to breathe new life into old, discarded objects."

The project explores the flow of waste and its recycling in architecture and design.

09. Desert Camping - "Bedbug" Location: Sharjah, U.A.E. / Design: Franka Te Lintel Hekkert

The object that the project wants to create lives like a nomad: it adapts to its surroundings but is completely mobile. As far as urban campsites go, there's not much to see in terms of natural surroundings: wind, water, and sand. natural elements, with which the object is combined, thereby expanding itself.
