Moutai Town, the core production area of China's soy sauce liquor, has a unique and irreproducible water, soil, climate, air and microbial environment that has created the charming flavor of Moutai soy sauce liquor. Guotai insists on being the defender of the microbial environment, implements an intensive green strategy, and develops intelligent brewing, especially its advantages of saving land and efficient use of resources, and helping sustainable development.

As early as the beginning of the establishment, Guotai implemented intensive and environmental protection from the top-level design: on the one hand, the resource effect was amplified, the workshop construction implemented a three-dimensional layout, and the land of Guotai Winery was only 350 acres, and the production capacity was 10,000 kiloliters, which was 60% less than the traditional tiled plant. On the other hand, it strictly protects the resources and ecology, and on the basis of building a green factory, implements energy-saving and technological transformation measures, reducing water consumption per unit product by 78% and natural gas consumption by 17%, reaching the leading level of clean production in China; At the same time, comprehensive treatment of water, solids, liquids and gases that affect environmental protection is carried out to achieve standard discharge and turn waste into treasure.

Taking wine storage as an example, Guotai Winery has planned and built 6 digital intelligent wine warehouses, which have realized two-dimensional storage of 10,000 tons of wine body through the configuration of pallets, mechanical tracks, lifting systems, four-way intelligent vehicles and other hardware, WCS wine warehouse operation control system and WMS intelligent warehouse management system, as well as fine partitioning, classification, grading and traceability management of various types of wines, which has increased its wine storage capacity per unit area by more than 2 times.
