"Consumers choose cookers usually think that fire is a good product, so cooker manufacturers will increase the flow rate and increase the flame, but at the same time, the fire is large, it causes insufficient oxygen supply, insufficient combustion, resulting in carbon monoxide and other excesses." Chen Guoqing said.
To this end, Chen Guoqing has invested 16 years and more than 60 million yuan since 1999 to develop a gas stove that is not only energy-saving and environmentally friendly, but also safer. According to reports, the project has improved the traditional civil gas stove, using a direct injection combustion structure design, using the Venturi effect to make the air and gas mixed after direct injection combustion, to achieve uniform flame temperature, to achieve the purpose of energy saving and environmental protection.
Experts said that the project has achieved technological innovation in the design of the conical air mixing cylinder, the use of sealing structure to prevent gas leakage, direct injection combustion, and temperature uniformity.
According to reports, the experimental results of tens of thousands of times in the research and development process show that the technology can make the cooker burn evenly, and the temperature of the combustion area be controlled uniformly; the combustion is sufficient, it is not easy to produce harmful gases, and the kitchen fumes are effectively reduced; and the cooking of the same food saves more than 1/3 of the time than the traditional way. After testing by relevant departments, the indicators of the product meet the requirements of relevant national standards.
Chen Guoqing said that at present, China's 70 million households, if the use of energy-saving and environmental protection stoves, the country can save 5.25 million tons of natural gas in 1 year, according to the current gas price, can save 35 billion yuan. Experts said that the market prospects of the product are good, and the economic and social benefits are remarkable.
