Liu Jun began learning dance and martial arts at the age of seven. Beijing News: How did you first think of coming to participate in "Youth with You 3"?
Liu Jun: To be honest, I considered it when I was in "Youth with You", and I had contact with the show, but because of various factors, I didn't come in the end. Now is "Youth with You 3", will feel that if this year does not come may be too late, if not to come again, youth will not be there, so I feel that this year must come. There are also predecessors who have told me before that this thing you have to do in this life must meet two conditions, one is what you are very good at, and the other is that you are very passionate, and you can only insist on doing it if you meet these two conditions. I was wondering if I was going to pick up my original dream (to be a singer), what I've been doing now is the job of a choreographer, it's an opportunity that comes up in the middle of my pursuit of my dreams, I seize it, I try to do my best, after that I can try to get back to that original dream.
Beijing News: You already have some jianghu status in dance, this time to participate in "Youth with You 3" is counted as a transformation from the dance industry to idol?
Liu Jun: I can't say that there is any jianghu status, anyway, before I came, I worked hard and conscientiously to do a good job as a choreographer and achieved this goal. When idol, I don't think it's a career change, because now many artists have their own composing ability and creative ability, so why can't I have the ability to choreograph. In fact, I began to expand myself, let myself have more performance space, have more influence, and want more people to see my works and give more people strength.

Beijing News: How do you usually train?
Liu Jun: In the past, training was to practice every day, practice in a variety of different dance styles, have been learning, and have been practicing basic skills to practice physical fitness. Now if you sing and dance, you are actually practicing breath, there are different ways to practice, and the teacher will teach it when you go to vocal music class. But now there is not much time to practice, because the end of a stage to immediately put into the preparation of the next stage, you have to immediately receive this work to digest down, like the teacher said the fastest way is that you first learn to imitate, we are the fastest speed and the highest efficiency to achieve the imitation of this step, after the end of the imitation and then start to add their own feelings, their own style, and then in a good way to make some small adjustments.
Beijing News: If you see the trainees dancing their own choreographed dances in the program, what kind of mood is it?
Liu Jun: In fact, it is quite interesting, because my own dance has a lot of design details, and when I watch it, I will naturally look at whether the details of my design are in place and whether the information is conveyed. If not, I will not be dissatisfied, because I think that each work has a different way of performing, everyone understands it differently, and the dimension may be different. My original work was a dancer work, and now the feeling of the singer to perform it is definitely different. I used to write a chorus of the theme song for a program, when I watched more than a hundred of them jump the theme song to the part I made, there was still a shock, you just watch a few people jump and compare more than a hundred people to dance together, it feels very different, at that time there was really a sense of achievement.

Beijing News: Are you satisfied with your current performance and ranking?
Liu Jun: There are times when you are satisfied and there are times when you are not satisfied. "New Species" and "History" are both stages (works) that I like very much, "New Species" is a stage for pure dance, "History" is what I imagined a boy band performing on stage, and I felt very cool when I stepped off the stage, it was a kind of pleasure to completely bloom myself and burn myself on the stage. "Jade" still has some regrets in the arrangement, which can be done better, which is relatively a pity. The current ranking I think can be better, my attitude in life is not to stop in place, now to achieve what goal I will not be satisfied, I will still try to move forward, so now this ranking no matter how much I give, I will feel that I still have to go up.
Myself: Being a choreographer indirectly puts pressure on me
Beijing News: Do you think you are a person with a talent for singing and dancing?
Liu Jun: Talent is not easy to say. When I started learning dance from a young age, many dance teachers said that I was very talented in dance, hoping that I could learn many different types, and also hoped that I would focus on dance and go to competitions in the future. I didn't have much contact with singing before, probably because I had the foundation of dance, so my sense of rhythm and rhythm were relatively good, and I was also very quick to contact with singing.
Beijing News: As a relatively famous choreographer teacher to participate in this show, you get a lot of attention, do you feel pressured?
Liu Jun: The identity of the choreographer indirectly puts pressure on me. Because my performance at the beginning of the stage gave everyone a basis for getting to know me, they felt that the performance was my lowest standard, but in fact, it was what I tried my best to show. After all the performances can not be lower than that time, I will start to think, how to do better than my first stage, how to expand, break through myself, let everyone see a more different me, this may be some of my small pressure.
Beijing News: Compared with other trainees, what do you think are your advantages?
Liu Jun: It should be a growth experience and experience, because most of the trainees come to this program is particularly logical, go to the company interview, or want to participate in the program, and then sign up and interview the program. But I was very different, I first went from being a student to becoming a choreographer overseas, then to participating in a dance program and becoming a dancer, and finally to "Green You" and becoming a personal trainee. My previous experiences were completely different from theirs, and we interpreted anything differently. Because I also have behind-the-scenes experience, no matter how bad the situation is, I have my own way of coping. Liu Jun: In the show, I just want to do a lot of stage (works) to be proud of, because I think in the show I go out with a high and good rank, so what? What I want to do is a stage that everyone is proud of, and these stages can be watched repeatedly for a long time. If the goal of life, I hope I can stand on the world's highest and biggest stage, there are many people ask me where this stage is, but I think the future does not have to be fixed, it may be this stage today, tomorrow may change again, I want to make it full of unknowns, I want to step by step forward, try to fill it with color.
Beijing News: If the group is finally formed, what responsibility do you hope to take in the group?
Liu Jun: I hope to be a group pet, because I often do the captain and dance bearer, the captain does a lot, I hope that one day I will be a group pet. But realistically speaking, I want to be the strongest dancer in the team, but the singing ability of this dance cannot be bad.
Beijing News: Which artist in the show business circle is your goal and role model?
Liu Jun: Before, I had a lot of artists and idols that I admired, and they all had great respect for their work. Now in the show, after I met Chun PD (Li Yuchun), it was more clear that I just wanted to be a person like Chun PD. Liu Jun: In fact, I didn't know how to digest it before, but since I wrote "I Want to Love the World" and "Grow Up with a Weight of 10,000 Pounds", I began to slowly understand and accept. When I wrote "I Want to Love the World", I hoped that the world would have less negative energy.
