The emergency repair team formulated a temporary wiring plan for the soil heating line in Nuanshui Town, re-erected the line for about 300 meters, relocated the heavily damaged "Beishui 1 Transformer" as a whole, and supplied power from the Tuqiao substation through the Tuli line. At present, except for the "Middle Lingtai Area" and "New Stellar Terrace Area", which are impassable due to the interruption of the collapsed road, the power supply of other stations and lines of the Tushui Line has been restored.
As of 18:00 on the 29th, Chendian International has dispatched a total of 91 emergency repair teams, 1,090 emergency repair personnel, and 229 emergency repair vehicles to carry out comprehensive emergency maintenance and hidden danger elimination of lines and equipment in the power supply area, and has restored 33 10kV lines, 841 stations in the area, and 45,877 power outage users have restored power supply.
